I specifically asked for my code to be checked I would be in late Tues early Weds. he said ok. I drove a long way and it didn’t work.

I will never give you guys business again. Please refund me in full or I’ll dispute the charges!

I REALLY APPRECIATED THE…

I REALLY APPRECIATED THE AVAILABILITY.AND THE COST WAS NOT TOO PROHIBITIVE, BUT THE MILEAGE AWAY FROM THE PLACE WHERE WE'RE GOING TO BE MOVING TO IS JUST TOO FAR 80 MILES IS JUST TOO FAR AWAY, FARMING WHERE WE FOUND A PLACE TO LIVE.SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE.YOU'RE FAST SERVICE AND GOOD AFFORDABLE PRICE

Major price increases

They start out with a super low price, a year in I’m paying $250/month for the unit and rising. Find a storage facility with set pricing if possible

Not sure this company has received so…

Not sure this company has received so many 5 star reviews.. We rented our units just over a year ago after the loss of a family member. We needed a safe place to store their possessions. We got in with a deal for $30 a month. Since then, they’ve raised the price 3x!!! In one year! Then they claimed to need to do maintenance and cut our locks!! Then charged us for the cost of the locks and for having to cut them!! Even though we informed them we were out of town and couldn’t let them in with 3days notice! Awful company. Will never use their services again.
