The online reservation system was extremely easy to follow. All aspects of the rental process were handled including selecting rental space, setting up the payment process and arranging for insurance coverage. When we arrived at the facility we were met by the onsite agent (Tony) who showed us our rental space and explained how and where we could park to unload and access the elevators. Tony was extremely helpful.

Checking into the unit was simple. Staff is friendly

John was exceptional with helping us yesterday from the moment we got there he was really pleasant to be around he has excellent customer service and communication thank you again John for everything.

Easy to reserve and good options on units

I made a reservation online and showed up the next day at the self-storage facility. There was no one there. I called four times. Finally, I received a text message that said they just rented their last unit. I had made a reservation the day before online, had visual proof, had the email, and had the reservation number. I was told their system is not connected, so my reservation was invalid. What a waste of time.

My experience was absolutely terrible, when I arrived the gate did not work. I had to call tech support to let me in. When I opened my unit the entire door fell off and hit me in the head. The unit also had water spots all throughout it from a leaking roof. Luckily there was a guy working in the office that day that was able to swap my unit for another one. Once I got the 2nd unit the door was extremely difficult to open and close. I am a healthy 35 year old male, but this storage unit is for my 65 year old mother. I am afraid she won’t even be able to open it. Also when I made my first reservation it was 2 months free, but later finalized it and it was only the remainder of just the month of May, not even 1 full month. I am extremely dissatisfied with the unit and the my entire experience.

It won’t let us access our storage until, the code is not working at all.

I was told someone would meet me at the facility at 430 May 8 to get a tour and given a number to call when I was on my way. No one answered the call. When I got to the facility, I called the number again. The rep told me that she did not understand what I had been told since tours are not given. Then on May 9 I received a call asking how my tour went. ?????

The person on the phone was very clear on the matter. I was her fist customer and she did a great job!!

I called the day before we were going to the unit as we live out of town was told someone would be there to show us around then called day of and was told they would message someone to meet us there and they would call I had to call them back when we arrived and they said no one was available. We should have been told that when we made the appointment and we would have looked into other options

The gentleman I spoke with was so courteous and helpful in every way. He answered all of my questions. He was patient and actually repeated my name as it is really spoken, which is very rare. Thank you for your A+ service!
