Excellent products and guarantee. My hiking hat which is brilliant in all weathers and foldable had a problem with the elastic adjustment band coming adrift - I completed a guarantee form and received a response immediately to say a replacement item was being shipped. Excellent service.

Sealskinz resolved my issue with one of their products within minutes of my submitting a claim and a replacement is on its way. I am very impressed with their customer service. It makes buying their products very much worth it when they back them with this type of no hassle customer service!

Firstly I love the product I purchased. However, I had noticed slightly more wear and tear than would have been expected on one of my mittens.
I got in touch with customer service and they were extremely prompt and efficient in their communication with me. I was given a few different options. I opted to return my item for a replacement of the same (as I love the mittens) they inspected them and agreed there was an issue with one of them. My replacement is enroute as I type. Sealskinz customer service was amazing, especially as this was a post sales issue. I would have no qualms in purchasing from this company again. Thanks to all the team

I've been a user of the brand since they first came out over 20 years ago, fantastic socks for keeping your feet dry during running. Unfortunately over the last few years the quality control has waned dramatically, to the point where the socks wore through after a single run. I've flagged this to customer support, but all they could do was send me a replacement pair instead of an active engagement in why the product no longer works. I just can't recommend this brand anymore after years of plugging it to all my running friends. Lost a lifetime customer.

Great company! I ordered the Arminghall knit hat. It exceeded my expectations for quality and features but unfortunately the XXL size was a bit too tight. I got a free return shipping label easily. I had a question about how to attach the customs declaration. I got an immediate response from an AI agent which did not answer my question, but it did refer me to receive a detailed answer from a human at the first opening of business.

I bought heated gloves several years ago and needed to replace the batters charger. It is no longer in stock anywhere, but the team managed to find one & ship it out to me. So helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The gloves are still going strong after 4 years of winter wear, and if I hadn't lost the charger whilst moving house I guess that would have been fine too!

The AI was useless and annoying. However, the customer service representative was great, gave me clear instructions and the whole issue was resolved within 30 mins. Was very impressed. I was also pleasantly surprised about the lifetime guarantee on the product, which I was not aware of

I recently lost my left glove to my precious atmer gloves that I basically live in during the fall winter and spring. It was the 3rd pair I have owned in like 5+ years. (Not because the quality is bad by any means they are actually super durable.. its actually because I tend to lose them. Lol) I commute by bicycle year round. And 1 always seems fall out of my pocket at some point. So they did change the design on the gloves a year or 2 ago and the new version don't fit my hands. (I purchased the large and xl to check fit. They didnt fit my hands) So I contacted them about getting ahold of some past year models and they got me hooked up and said just donate the 2 pairs I purchased to people in need. Which where 2 other people I know who commute by bike all year. They love them, they get used all season. And thats in Michigan. This company kicks ass! Not only is thier quality awesome, but thier costumer service is the best I've ever had. I also use thier waterproof socks they have. And they are also legit! Your shoes could be pooled with water and you feet stay dry and warm, they can feel a little slippery with socks in but with out socks your feet can get pretty cold. Anyway I support Sealskinz 100% and will always recommend them when people asked about waterproof items and accessories.

Ive had my waterproof socks for years but decided to try the new anti blister run socks which have been brilliant for all my training! Ive also just purchased one of their new fleeces which i love!
