Tutte le aziende sopra a una certa cifra fanno spedizioni gratuite.
Un paio di scarpe da 95€ 4,95 di spese di spedizione. Vergogna!

Chaussures commandées inconfortables. Je retourne le produit et le colis a été perdu par le transporteur pendant le retour. Le service client déplorable me répète a chaque fois qu'ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser tant qu'ils n'ont pas reçu le colis. J'ai perdu 120 euros. A fuir. J'ai eu le tort de ne pas lire les avis avant ma commande.

Paid for some shoes and they never arrived, tried to contact customer support three times and got no response. Still waiting to see if i can either get the shoes or a refund. Don't order from this site.

Sto aspettando rimborso di un ordine mai ritirato dall’8 giugno. Oggi, 23 giugno, non solo non ho ricevuto il rimborso, ma nemmeno una risposta da parte del loro servizio clienti se non risposte automatiche e senza alcun significato. Pessimi. Inqualificabili. Non comprate niente da loro.

Acquisto il 30/4, ricevo articolo fallato, ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha mandato un codice per non pagare le spese di spedizione ma era impossibile inserirlo nella procedura reso. Mi hanno confermato via mail che mi verranno comunque rimborsate ma me le hanno trattenute. Ho scritto già 5 mail ma non rispondono più.

Bestellt bloß nichts bei Scholl, absolutes Desaster bei einem angeblich renommierten Unternehmen. Erst kamen die Schuhe nicht, dann waren sie kaputt und nun wird behauptet ich hätte sie nicht versandt obwohl ich den Beleg habe. Kundenservice antwortet Wochen später. Betrügerisches Verhalten!

Eine unverschämte Frechheit diese Abwicklung. Schuhe seit Wochen unterwegs..dann kamen die aus Italien mit einer sehr hohen Zollgebühren..gleich viel wie 1 Schuh. Ups war Lieferant. Die haben kein Bargeld für die Zölle genommen..so gingen die Schuhe wieder zurück. Und sitze auf Kosten ohne Schuhe.

I would give "0" rate if I could. I am waiting over a month for the shoes I bought for my mom. During this period I got several information from customer service saying each time that they are "investigating" this case... Terrible experience, never again, now I will write to Polizia Postale to report this case.

Habe im Februar 2026 eine Bestellung platziert und sofort bezahlt, aber die Lieferung nie erhalten. Nach über 30 Emails mit Scholl und damit mit einem unglaublichen hin und her. Habe ich heute, also sehr lange4 Monate später, zwar die Lieferung immer noch nicht erhalten, aber die mir zustehende Gutschrift. Eine unglaubliche Odyssee, mit einer sehr fragwürdigen Organisation. Vermeiden sie unbedingt bei Scholl IT einen Auftrag zu platzieren!

We ordered a pair of shoes for work and they arrived. We asked for a receipt/invoice. They refused to provide it saying that they do B2C and cannot offer it. The order summary is not an actual receipt. By EU law you MUST provide a receipt, or invoice whether it is a B2B or B2C you are selling to. It’s ridiculous that we have to write so many times and not get the support for an actual receipt of the purchase. It is incredible that we bought them on the official website and this is the service received.

Por error he comprado 2 veces el mismo producto.Lo he querido anular y me han contestado que no es posible.Tengo que devolverlo, cuando me llegue,y pagar los gastos de envío.
No puedo entender que no sé pueda anular un pedido qué acabo de hacer y que es obvio que hay un error porque se ve que se ha comprado 2 veces seguidas el mismo producto.

I ordered some sandals for a wedding. I paid £5.95 shipping costs so expected a decent delivery experience. The sandals took 8 days to arrive which was too late for the wedding. When trying to return the sandals I'm told it will cost me 10 Euro postage! I questioned this with customer services because I did not feel I should have to pay this, given the delayed delivery. I initially got a reply from an annoying AI bot that neither understood nor resolved the problem. So I resent my query. Eventually, 5 days later, a human replied simply quoting the
company returns policy at me. They don't care about their consumers. Their product is expensive and I can see from other reviews here their customer service is terrible. Don't buy from them. I regret it.

Update 22nd September - finally got my refund 3 months after returning the shoes. This happened to be the same day I raised a case with my credit card to dispute the charges made. Maybe a coincidence?? Who knows. I'll NEVER shop with this company again.

I didn't expect this would happen with such a well-known brand. But it did.

I ordered from their website as I have a corporate discount. Well, the courier didn't deliver the parcel because my address was wrong, so I contacted the customer service to check with them. My address was actually correct. Presumably, they didn't get in touch with the courier, as the parcel was sent back to Scholl.
The CS told me that my order is canceled and they cannot deliver again the parcel. Then I asked for a refund.
I contacted them like around 10 times via chat and email to get the refund. After the first few times, they stopped answering. More than one month has passed and I have no shoes and no money back. Fortunately, I payed via PayPal and got refunded.

It's such a shame. I will never buy from them again, even physically!! I will report you to the police as well.

J'ai acheté des mules Joyce, le revêtement intérieur d'une des mules se désintègre, mules très peu portées, ce n'est pas de la qualité pour un prix de 110€ tout de même. Le problème à qui demander réparation ?
Terminé plus jamais d'achat Scholl.

Je mets une étoile car pas possible d en mettre zéro.
Commande faite au 28 mai, aucune nouvelle alors que d après les règles de livraison, pour la France c'est pas plus de 5 jours ouvrables, cela fait plus de 10 jours. J'ai écris 3 mails et aucun retour jusqu'à présent.
Une véritable arnaque pour une marque aussi connue, un manque de sérieux total !!!

J ai acheté récemment des mules Sholl et je suis vraiment mécontent de la qualité.
Je les mets depuis 1 mois et les lanières sont déjà fendues des 2 côtés et aux 2 pieds.
J'en avais acheté d'une autre marque que j'ai pu conserver 5 ans !
Franchement cette marque est à éviter. Ils font des promos sur des articles de faible qualité

Levering duurde lang, werd naar foute postpunt gestuurd. De schoenen vallen groten uit, zeker als je smalle voeten hebt. Retourneren dan maar. Jammer genoeg moet je 10 euro betalen, voor schoenen die een foute maat hebben.

Remboursement très long suite à un retour produit = plus d’un mois .... sachant que le produit doit être renvoyé en Italie, à Milan et que le remboursement se fait depuis l’Irlande, paradis fiscal
Contrairement à ce qu’on imagine la marque n’a rien d’allemand

Commande effectuée le 30 mai et toujours aucun signe d'expédition. Le service client répond par des messages automatisés ou complètement hors sujet, même après l'envoi d'une mise en demeure. C'est inadmissible d'encaisser l'argent des clients sans assurer les livraisons ni le SAV.
Site à fuir, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.
