Samsung promotions are a fraudulent thing. Bought Damsung Z flip 7 fe. £200 reward back. Approved it. But now have to upload documents to prove who you are due to money laundering rules? Don’t make me laugh. I won’t be uploading my ID to a site whose security is lax to say the least. Luckily the phone can be returned. Which I’m going to do in the morning. I will never ever buy a Samsung item again if any sort. Ridiculous.

I submitted my invoice for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 promotional Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 gift claim on 6 October 2025. Months later, when checking via WhatsApp, the status still shows: “claim number currently unassigned.”
After contacting the promotional team, I was told they do not have stock of the promised gift and that it would be processed once stock becomes available. That is unacceptable — don’t advertise a promotion if you can’t fulfill it.
I followed up again via email on 5 December and received absolutely no response.
To date, there has been zero communication, zero accountability, and zero resolution. This is extremely poor service and a disappointing experience from a brand of this size.

I bought a Samsung TV in November 25, I was told by the chat box how to make my VAT refund which I then applied for. The outcome was no reply at first, then after I chased it up I was told that my photos couldn’t download. I applied again only to be told that I had run out of time on the promotion and basically tough!
This attitude and after reading others opinion on Trust Pilot, I would suggest anyone thinking of buying a Samsung product should think twice. They seem to be a shoddy outfit!

Publicité ODR mensongère de la part de Samsung. Vous achetez un téléphone a un prix conséquent et on vous promet un remboursement. Or, votre demande est refusée par Samsung alors que mon étiquette est parfaite avec tous les éléments bien visibles. C'est terminé, je n'achèterai plus cette marque qui est d'une mauvaise fois immodérée.

Een horloge gekocht bij Media Markt in Leidschendam met 100 euro cashback van Samsung. Dan denk je das zo gebeurd, helaas zo makkelijk gaat dat niet. Naar de Media Markt in Delft gegaan en goed geholpen door Jasmijn zij heeft alles voor mij ingevoerd maar helaas toen ik thuis kwam was er weer iets niet goed ingevoerd, wederom nieuwe foto's e.d. ingevoerd na er al een keer uitgegooid te zijn alles opnieuw geüpload. Nu maar weer afwachten of het nu wel wordt geaccepteerd? vandaag bericht gekregen op 13-2 met dat de 100 euro binnen 6 tot 10 weken zal worden geretourneerd, ben benieuwd.

I bought a Samsung The Frame 65" from John Lewis on 28 Nov 2025 because it was advertised with a VAT cashback / VAT back promotion.

The problem was the claiming process. The claim link was visible initially via the retailer, but later it disappeared, and I spent a long time searching online just to find the correct offer document and the claim link again. When I did reach the portal, it repeatedly errored / wouldn’t load properly, so I couldn’t complete the submission at the time.

By the time I finally located the right promotion page again, I was outside the claim window. I understand there are deadlines, but the combination of (1) the retailer claim link disappearing and (2) a buggy portal made it unnecessarily difficult to redeem the offer that influenced my purchase decision.

I’m now contacting Samsung Promotions to ask if they can accept a late/manual claim given the technical issues. At the very least, Samsung/retailers should keep claim links stable and make the promotion pages easier to find, and the portal needs to be more reliable.

I Bought my partner a samsung galaxy s25 FE during a promotion that samsung were offering within a time scale which I was entitled to claim a free galaxy 7 after I purchased the phone. So bought the phone and received it then put in for the claim to get the watch it was all approved after all the information it had asked for and was told to wait 45days to receive the watch to then weeks later my claim was rejected because they said I needed to provide the IMEI number of the new device I purchased and untill I had proof I could not claim the watch so then I provided the Imei number and it was then approved again for them to then weeks later reject it again for not having provided proof of purchased date? By then the claim was then expired and I could no longer do anything about it even though all the information was provided and approved twice for them to say we emailed you and sent you a message which is a lie because ive checked all my email and messages and they have all the right information so there is no excuse for me not to receive their message to say there was missing information even though I provided everything they asked and it was approved twice. This complaint was raised and I heard nothing back at all.
So im reaching out too all social media platforms to raise this awareness to let people know samsung are scamming you into buying their products by given you misleading information and making you out to have done everything wrong during the claim process when really you have not. Total scam

Du vol je ne peux pas dire autrement, j ai acheté un téléphone la promo était de 200 e, somme importante. J'ai renvoyé exactement ce qubil fallait mais mon dossier a été refusé pour une soit disant étiquette mal découpée, alors que j ai encore la photocopie et l étiquette chez moi
J'ai téléphoné a Samsung qui.n arien voulu savoir. Samsung vous ne me reverrez plus, ni en téléphonie ni pour le reste

Netjes de telefoon S25 ultra besteld binnen de tijdsperiode. Alles opgestuurd 1e keer was t niet goed volgens samsung. Emei konden ze niet lezen. Weer ingevuld rn verzonden, 2e bericht terug..voldeed niet aan de voorwaarden
Hier klopte niets van....een wassen neus die actie.

We ordered Samsung TV from John Lewis online which advertised £100 cash back. I can only say that the process to claim this cashback was almost impossible. We were originally told we couldn't apply until a month after purchase and then there was a two week window to complete the claim. Every step of the process was tortuous. We were sent links which didn't work, links to claims for phones and not TVs. Promises to phone back didn't happen and we were asked to provide documentation we didn't have ( for example, a till receipt when we had purchased the TV online) .The online form only allowed us to attach one photo per item although some information was on two pages. The whole process was dreadful and it felt as if Samsung were doing their best to put us off claiming. We had to get John Lewis to help with the claim, although they were not the best either, saying it was our responsibility to deal with Samsung and not theirs. We are happy with the TV but will never buy another product from Samsung as the customer care is so poor.

Hele slechte ervaring met Samsung,had een nieuwe telefoon gekocht waarbij je ook een smartwatch zou krijgen,ben een paar dagen bezig geweest maar werd iedere keer voor iets anders afgewezen,ben naar de odidowinkel geweest en zelfs daar kregen ze het niet voor elkaar,dan waren de documenten weer niet goed te lezen,dan was het weer een verkeerd document en uiteindelijk vertelde ze dat ik hem buiten de actie had aangekocht,ik heb mijn nieuwe telefoon retour gedaan en voor mij geen Samsung meer.

J'ai acheté une télévision Samsung est effectivement c'est trop de contraintes pour avoir le remboursent j'ai eu le même problème que les autres qui ont mis leurs avis négatifs sur Samsung ils en ont rien à faire.je me demande que fait la représentation des fraudres sur cette arnaque (fausse pub) et pourquoi les enseignes de ventes d'electro continuent à mettre en avant ces panneaux alors qu'iis
savent que c'est bidon.

bought a Frame TV from Samsung- there is an offer where you can claim a free frame bezel from Samsung via their claim website. I added the details required to create the claim but had to wait for TV to be delivered to get the serial number to add to the claim. When I re visited the website to add this bit of information the page would simply take me back in circles and would not accept the additional information I was trying to add. Now a TWO day wait for anyone to get back to me to sort this out - offer ends in 2 days - what a shambles Samsung are and I am regretting the purchase as a result.
Since writing this review the company have responded and say my application has been approved and the bezel will be with me in 45 days.

Ordered direct from Samsung since there was a cashback offer. Was quickly approved, but the cashback hasn't been paid 4 months later. No updates.

Wat ik dus veel lees bij aanvraag whatch hier ook gebeurt 4x aangevraagd en afgewezen 5e x aangevraagd zelfde documenten mee gestuurd nu wel goedgekeurd. Nu plus minus 7 weken wachten en hopen dat het opgestuurd word.

Voor kerst een  Samsung tablet S10+ FE wifi 128 gekocht. Je moet de aanvraag doen voor een gratis bookcover, ben nu al 3 weken verder nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Dit is valse reclame en pure oplichting. Waarom die promotie geven als je ze niet krijgt

Le 14/12/2025 j'ai acheté un four Samsung pour 1.399€ directement chez Samsung Electronics en ligne. On m'avise d'une livraison le 24/12 puis celle-ci est annulée je jour même. Puis impossible d'obtenir une nouvelle date de livraison. Le 29/12 j'annule la commande pour défaut de livraison et 20 jours plus tard je ne suis toujours pas remboursée ! Le Code de la Consommation stipule que le remboursement doit avoir lieu dans les 14 jours de l'annulation. Samsung recevra ma mise en demeure lundi 19/01/2026. Faut-il préciser que j'ai passé des HEURES sans fin au téléphone sans parvenir à quoi que ce soit ! GOODBYE SAMSUNG, JE N'ACHETERAI PLUS JAMAIS CETTE MARQUE.
Aujourd’hui j’écrirai à Samsung Corée pour leur signaler la performance désastreuse de leur service clients en France. Faites de même.

Effectivement je rejoins les milliers de victimes de ces offres mensongères. Prétextes de refus incompréhensibles (étiquette pas découpée...?!), lien que ne marche pas et demande de code de dossier introuvable. Bref, inacceptable. Ils viennent de perdre une cliente fidèle de plus de 20 ans.

Attention s'il manque une pièce à votre de dossier de participation, il vous sera impossible de corriger.
On vous enverra bien un lien mais celui ci ne fonctionnera jamais.
Vous aurez beau faire des remontés au service client, ca ne servira à rien,
Belle pratique pour ne pas vous verser l'offre de remboursement
