Richer Sounds - Exeter Arvostelua

Lloyd in the store was amazing . helpful , constructive and honest . All principles that ensure I come back for ALL my electrics and why I recommend RS at every opportunity. Even when his Manager challenged him Lloyd rechecked and confirmed to me and his manager what was correct . A great employee with Customer service in his heart !!! Love it !!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy with the sale.

The staff in the Exeter shop were courteous, helpful and gave me an excellent deal without any fuss or hard selling. The shop had a great range of goods and I got exactly what I wanted at first visit without being asked "have you looked online"!

Bought an LG TV in 2022 and, as a VIP customer, had a free 6 yrs guarantee. The magic remote developed a fault (selector wheel collapsed). On Tuesday this week, I spoke to Pete at my local branch in Exeter who confirmed the remote was covered and arranged replacement. Just 2 days later a new one was delivered to my home address! Amazing service as always from Richer Sounds. Everyone should look to Richer Sounds for their audio visual tech. Many thanks.

Helpful, informative and professional advice from the member of staff who served us. Willing to answer all our (sometimes naive) questions. Made our decision of which tv to purchase easy.

My first time shopping here, I went to buy a new tv, Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t blind me with science.
He found exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with it.
Highly recommended!

as normal great advice, listened to my requirements and great service always shop at richer sounds for my tv and hifi requirements

I took in my turntable and was seen by Stephen. He was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out the fault and even looked up a suitable new stylus. All much appreciated.

Very friendly , attentive and knowledgeable staff. Very positive experience

I initially emailed the Exeter store asking about the item and I got a very quick reply from Steve confirming the item was in stock and could be delivered the following day. After a short exchange I was able to pay online and received a receipt and the unit arrived on time the following day. The service I received from Steve was 1st class he could not have been more helpful

Excellent knowledgeable service and at a very competitive price.

Good all round service

I can't thank the Exeter team highly enough, even for such a small sale. Went into the store last Friday to order an MP3 player, and the staff member serving not only had an uncanny ability to know which one I was looking for, even when I had forgotten the details, but apologised to say that normal next day delivery could be the following week. Except the next day the device was in my hands and I was able to start setting up. So very worth it to pop into your local store if directed by the website- these teams get things done. This is my third purchase this year with Richer Sounds and would definitely recommend them.

Richer Sounds Exeter has always, and continues to provide an excellent service, with a comprehensive range of electronics on offer.

All the team were most helpful and as a 78 year old they guided me through the setup . I would go to Richer sounds again for any future purchase

Superb quality Marantz cd player that compares favourably with other more expensive options.
The sound separation is excellent, and the unit matches my Marantz amplifier.
The unit was delivered right on time as usual.
Excellent all-round service from Richer Sounds.
