Went into Exeter branch for advice on tone arm calibration.
Went into Exeter branch for advice on my Rega P3, tone arm just wasn't calibrating. Although RS doesn't stock Rega, they were enormously helpful and resolved the issue in 10 minutes. Just part of the service I've grown to expect (and love) from every branch I've visited. Exceptional!

I wanted some connectors for my speaker. I didn't know exactly what was wanted, so it was perfect that the man in the shop knew. I bought them, connected them and now I have stereo sound again. Thank you.

Refundable insurance premium if no claim
We had a 6 year insurance on a Humax, refundable if no claim. We asked for a refund after 6 years and got it instantly
