Richer Sounds - Exeter Arvostelua

The staff and the manager was great
Nothing was a problem for them and very engaging
Helpful but not over pushy

always good, service

Very pleased with the assistance I received on the telephone to the Exeter shop. TV I was looking for was out of stock for next day delivery but I was recommended a slightly more expensive make. Received it next day and delighted with it! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I had to ring again to chase the email receipt.

Being able to audition in my own home a game changer. Your demonstration studio is valuable but testing with home acoustics and the rest of my setup is the real deal

Nick was very helful at your Exeter branch. delivery fast and efficient, pleased with tv.

Clear advice on tech and a good price very knowledgeable

Helpful advice and brilliant service from start to finish from Pete at Richer Sounds. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from helpful, knowledgeable staff.

I recently purchased a Samsung Q990F sound bar using click and collect. The staff at the Exeter branch rang me when it was in and told me of the parking behind the shop. The person that served me was polite and helpful. He helped me carry the heavy box to the car.Good service.

the only place you should purchase your tv from
staff that know what there selling 6 year guarantee free delivery whats not to like

Excellent price; really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff made the buying experience easy. Delivery driver also on point. Box was damaged on arrival but he explained he would report it and we received a follow up from the courier firm ensuring the TV was okay.

Helpful staff and courteous, even though just a small accessory purchase.

Excellent service from the staff on the phone and quick delivery once ordered.

Very informative and tailored our new TVs to meet our specific requirements.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable regarding the product they are selling. Steve was first class in his interaction with us and was so helpful.

Used Richersounds Exeter for years and will continue to use them all the staff there are so helpful ✅

had a problem with my amp. it was exchanged immediately without any fuss. Also a very friendly and helpful frontline.

A lot of help, my electrician fitted the bracket and said what will you do if they don't help with the TV and speakers. I said I would pray at the shik mosque, that was his last client. My mate from richer sounds came around and fitted the TV and speakers to the wall brackets. I am 62 years old and would have been impossible on my own. Enjoyed England qualifying for the semi final and the men's final at Wimbledon. Many thanks Martin
