Friendly helpful staff with good knowledge. It started with my 20+year old phono stage faulting on me when I took it in to see if it could be repaired they said they would phone the engineers first to see if a repair was possible before it cost me money. Unfortunately repair wasn't an option so after discussing my options i settled on the fosi box x5 and can say I'm very impressed with it.

I popped into Richer Sounds in Newcastle to see if they had protective case for my Kann Ultra. The sales assistant said they didn’t have one in stock but could order one for me. He said he could have one delivered to the shop the next day or I could have it delivered to my home address. We discussed colour and price and I was walking back out of the shop again in no time. Excellent service. And I am delighted to say I was handed my item the next day as promised by the delivery man. You can’t fault service like that.

Having purchased a Dennon AV amp only to discover that the pre-out isn't linked to the Audssey set up calibration system so I couldn't integrate it into the my main hi-fi system. A phone call to customer service quickly connected me to my nearest store where a very helpful Alex identiied what I needed, suggested alternatives and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, simply great old school personal service!

I have always bought my TVs from Richer Sounds. Their people are knowledgeable and helpful. When my 5 year old Samsung developed a fault, their 6 year warranty came into play and I was offered a credit towards a new TV in lieu of a repair. I was able to get a suitable replacement for not very much money - and another 6 year warranty. Person Inspoke with was helpful in answering all my questions and making the transaction easy. Honestly, just buy from these people. The price will be right and the service (and warranty) will be there when you need it.

The staff at the Glasgow branch store were great!

Charlie assisted me on both my visits to the store. I bought one item in my first visit, but discovered it was unsuitable for the purposes I intended. On my return, I was assisted with a return to get two items which catered for each use case rather than a single product to fit both. I use both on a daily basis.
