Richer Sounds - Exeter Arvostelua

Excellent staff. Pleasure to walk through door.

The sales team were very helpful, Nick was a great help and a great ambassador for your company. I was good to talk to people that genuinely wanted to help me in my choice of systems going forward.

As ever, helpful and informative. It’s been one of the most pleasurable shops to go in for me, even when I’m just getting a set of cheap earphones.

I only wish I had a need to buy more stereo equipment, but the darling wife would shout at me if I did.

Excellent service from the Exeter branch as usual

Usual great interaction with Richer Sounds staff prior to purchase. Very pleased with my subsequent purchase from them - great price and excellent guarantee period. Delivery adjusted to suit my requirements too. Just simply good service overall. Thanks!

The friendliness and professionalism of your Exeter staff made our purchase happen. We will be back. M&A.

I’ve been buying from Richer Sounds for years, and their helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism never fail to impress me.

Mark, the Exeter branch manager, is exceptional. His expertise and personal service make shopping there a pleasure, and I hope to continue dealing with him for many years to come.

Highly recommended.

Helpful and knowledgeable, as always.

Superb service from all the staff, great knowledge would recommend to all to go to this independent shop in Exeter.

I have made plenty of purchases over the years at Richer Sounds around the country. They are always my go to shop because of the quality of the products and the knowlege of the staff.
On this visit I had limited time to buy a new TV but the experience could have been improved had I been taken through a 'check list' that would have narrowed the choice down to the most suitable one. Had I not asked about the refresh rate, I would have bought the wrong TV. Also, I did not realise that the one I bought does not have freeview and I was unaware that the TV could operate by wi-fi streaming until I was in the process of setting it up.
There were absolutely no instructions with the TV about how to set it up or even a website link to find instructions. I had to experiment with on screen options.
In summary, have I bought the right TV and is the TV that I have bought connected and set up for optimum performance?

Mark and all of the staff members were helpful, very knowledgeable and happy to deal with me - stressed and untechy! They helped me find a tv that would be suitable for my husband who is in a nursing home and were happy to speak to the maintenance guy to arrange the installation. They also delivered which was a great help. I’ll definitely be back!

Yet another great experience with Richer Sounds. Nothing spectacular - just a pair of earphones - but the staff in the Exeter store were every bit as friendly and enthusiastic as I've long since come to expect from RS. I sincerely wish all retailers could be as trustworthy and unpretentious as they are.

Great in person at your exter store. My kids had a great time on the F1 simulator whilst we discussed and bought some new speaker with Peter.
Your showroom staff member Peter has great knowledge and we decided on a different brand of speaker after speaking with him. Very happy with our purchase.

Used them before. Superb service, great price, 6 year warranty. What's not to like?

First class service as always I used to use a local independent company but he retired and since then everything I’ve had has been bought here. Tv is as good as expected I just wish my other one would have lasted till my insurance payment came the I would have had the top model but still might and give this one away

Every little detail matters to them: even though a small item was missing from my ‘open box’ turntable; having reported it, a new one was delivered DPD! Excellent.

I've written several reviews for RS and they are all good. This remains the case particularly the staff at Exeter under the excellent oversight of Mark, the manager. Thank you.
