Amazing customer service with brilliant products

Had a few teething problems with the payment link which caused me to lose my patience as I’m not a tech savvy guy. Lisa from Pure Electric was brilliant in sorting everything out and responding quickly to my frustrated emails. Very happy with the service received and the condition of my product when maintenance/ repairs where carried out before being returned to me. Lisa maintained contact throughout and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. She’s definitely an asset to your team.

I have been really impressed with the communication and support given, when making my purchase from Pure Electric. Even though I bought a reconditioned scooter, the help and support I was given, was first class.Then when it came to my son opening his present, it’s been very well packaged, with everything he needed to get going!

Terrible Customer service!!

I never received my order and shows delivered at a shop. It’s been 1 week with no answer just the AI “Finn” who they use for automated messages. My order has been missing and it was meant to be a present for my child for passing his A levels

I need my refund asap. I don’t even want a replacement. I can imagine them taking very long for replying for returned items and delaying refunds

I had a battery issue with my Pure Scooter. I emailed and dealt with Samantha for my case. All I have to say is she was splendid to deal with honestly. I was apprehensive about what would happen as you never know with customer service esp when dealing with returns/ breakdowns but Samantha made me feel heard and seen and fixed my issue in no time. She was professional and efficient. Very impressed by Samantha’s service. 5/5

7 times i filled in their webform as help@ email doesnt work. No item and have my money. Poor poor company.

Purchased a scooter at Christmas. Stopped working in April after being used less than 5 times. Repaired and again stopped working after 3 more usage. Poor customer service, poor communication , poor issue resolution. Avoid this company.

We had an issue with a charger, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lee. Excellent customer service.

Had a slight issue with my Pure Escape scooter where the stem bolts threaded and I lost the kick stand. Contacted the help team and Lee couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out the issue for me in super quick time. Definitely recommend Pure over other e-scooters

I got my scooter which was all fine however, the clip on the back has come loose and I need a replacement but cannot find the part on their website, have messaged multiple times on their AI chat bot with a promise of a message back in 24 hours and nothing, I have contacted in opening times and waited for an agent but nothing. Have left emails via their contact us section and nothing. I have resorted to messaging on Instagram and Facebook, leaving comments on a post and still nothing, I just need the right part, something so simple yet no one can be bothered to help me. Really disappointed.

Never Received Refund - No Customer Support
I ordered a scooter from Pure Electric Sweden, but the product was not what I expected. I returned it the SAME DAY I received it – as soon as I realized it didn’t suit my needs.
I exercised my right of withdrawal within the 12-day period, as required by law. The return was completely legitimate and within their return window.
It is now 1.5 MONTHS since I sent the scooter back, and I have STILL not received my refund. This shouldn’t be complicated – I never even used the product, and the return happened well within their policy.
The worst part is that their customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I have sent multiple inquiries, and all I get is silence. This is extremely poor service and completely unacceptable.
I don’t know where my package is. I don’t know the status of my refund. I don’t know when my money will come back. Pure Electric Sweden says nothing.
This isn’t just bad service – it’s neglect. They take your money instantly when you buy, but when you try to get it back, they disappear.
I cannot recommend this company. Buy from someone else instead.

I have had great experience with pure electric all the way through and all the way through my warranty any little problem or help I've needed has been rectified and sorted out in adequate time. Particularly Samuel at pure electric has been a great help.

Order spare parts online, easy to locate correct part and delivered very quickly. Good service.
