Local storm ignored claim denied
When a localised storm damaged the roof of my property the agent said there was no recorded adverse weather in your area and declined the claim.

Same as last time
Same as last time - given the run around for months and end result same wont support claim even though no one has spoken to me and I have no faith that the claim was property assessed - after a delay of 3/4 weeks - asking for more time to assess claim it was then handed over to someone else who was not up to speed - have no faith she had all the documentation and she handed it over to her superior and apparently a "partner " who came back with not supporting this claim ---- after 6 weeks and me constantly chasing meanwhile had to appoint a lawyer myself to represent me costing £5k - whats the point of insurance ?

Usually I would say good, but god knows where they have their customer services department I cannot get any sense out of it. All I can hear is jabbering, whilst I try to get into my account, which I need to change the password for. Please help...I need to actually speak to someone.
