Bad experience. Their name should be "Post Lost, and we don't answer our phones"

Terrible service, purchased items under impression of a 2day ticket means delivered to me in 2days only to be told the 2 day is depot to depot finally got after a week, track and trace never works and difficult to understand, getting email updates not for me ect ect will not use again

For the second time in a few weeks a parcel from Temu, which was correctly addressed, was left two houses up the road. All the letter boxes in my cul-de-sac are numbered but the local Post Haste courier doesn't seem to notice that. Other courier companies can deliver to the correct place. Why can't Post Haste?
The first time I contacted them they got back to me and were apologetic. This time, nothing.

I have on my packages ( every package from Temu) where to leave it so it doesn't get pinched... and still everytime its left in the mailbox. I even caught the delivery guy one day and explained to him where to leave it. But I got home today and another package was in the mailbox. im getting really annoyed and will also stress my dissatisfaction to Temu directly now.

I'd like to leave no stars review. Parcel collected in Albany at 10.50am Monday, still not delivered to Mt Eden by end of business Friday. No response to email enquiry regarding delivery. Business is rubbish, avoid at all cost.

Worst service, my
Parcel with local branch for two days , been their office two days , even though they have promised me that I will get by end of the day I’m still waiting and because today was Friday I won’t get at least before Monday . Worst service ever!!!

Absolutely disgustingly poor service and I will not use a business that uses any courier service affiliated with Poste Haste from now on. I like to support local businesses but if they use post haste or anything associated I'm forced to take my business off shore. Faster, cheaper and more reliable. What a joke.

Something bizarre happened. Posthaste delivered inside my home when no one was home. They took a photo of the parcel INSIDE my house. I only left a tiny crack in the window open. Did they open the window and drop it nicely on the table? Did they jump in to ensure it sat nicely on the middle of the table. That's a bit overzealous and intrusive. I appreciate they might have wanted the parcel safe but I would have been happy to come to their depot to pick up since I was absent from home. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've been using Post Haste for years now, and my local driver often goes above and beyond, even coming back on the same day, late afternoon, when I've added a second pick up at the last minute. I don't expect it every time, but it's nice when it happens.

Post Haste gets a lot of hate on Trust Pilot, but I have to point out that I've found them to be excellent on the most part.

They lose one star for their Wellington branch, that lets the whole company down when the delivery address is in certain parts of that region - If your parcel's destination is Wellington, choose a different company.

Apart from the odd bottleneck in Auckland, though, I've found them to be consistently reliable for the rest of the country.

You can't beat overnight delivery to the South Island at the economy rate for small parcels either!

Absolutely useless. Address is simply clear but they still manage to deliver to the wrong address. Don’t use this company.

Lazy and dumb. That simple. Many times the delivery note is to leave at front door and they just chuck over fence.

My signature-required parcel arrived at about 6:40am one morning. Happy with the speed of delivery (2 days across the same island). However, it was delivered to my letterbox where it got stolen! Couriers are not allowed to leave parcels in my letterbox! There was no email to say it was on its way or had been delivered. It wasn't until the following week when I thought it should have arrived that I checked the tracking number online to discover it had already been delivered. I was shocked and phoned Post Haste (PH) to discuss. To cut the looong story short, it took 7 weeks for the replacement parcel to arrive. Many phone calls backwards and forwards. They never followed up on anything and I needed to call them multiple times to progress my claim. The worst part was when the driver returned to our house to inform us that he was going to lose money out of his wages to pay for the replacement. He didn't follow company policy and was coming to check we hadn't received the parcel and were hiding it or something! I was truly shocked and felt violated. PH needs to have a better system of communicating with customers when a parcel has been delivered. I will never use Post Haste again.

very very poor services they dont even try to delivery the item and just write stats what ever they want in tracking.better not to try this service.

idk how theyre still in business considering their shocking service. calls are rarely answered, no responsibility for their fault during delivery all because theyre disorganized, and where can you complain? no where, because they know theyre terrible at this job and dont want to hear about their flaws. if id known, i would have asked for a different courier to be used from the supplier. just hopeless

Most useless courier company. My front door is a couple of meters from the road has a massive sign that says parcels to back door. All parcels labeled go to back door yet only Post Haste have the drivers that can't read and leave them at the front door by the road. Have had conflict with them over missing parcels yet they continue to leave out front.

I will not shop at a business using PostHaste.

Simply put they are the worst delivery service on the planet. Frequently post gets stuck at other cities with terrible excuses.
They are the lazy and just do not care about providing a service.

Terrible Courier company, too difficult to contact by phone as never answer it.
My parcel missing since 11/8 and they show little effort to find it.

I always have major trouble with Parcels with Posted Haste.

Courier drivers lie and steal. Do not use. Do not buy from anyone who sends via Post Haste

The package ordered made it to my local and was scanned in the courier driver's van for multiple days in a row. never delivered. then told the business was closed and questioned when would reoppen. However, if they had arrived they would have seen funeral notice and that it was closed for the afternoon due to a staff member death. I attempted to pick it up from the depot would not call me or provide a number. Each time I called call dropped.

Seller has been told to do a claim form. No refund given endless waste of money and time

Shocking service. Package overdue, no response to email enquires. The customer service are friendly but really cannot say what is happening and will pass this on to the team. Tracking information stays the same. At the moment only 3-4 days late, but will no doubt extend. Other people in my household have ordered from the same company and received their parcels earlier than scheduled, so to keep on enquiring about my address is stupid. Absolutely shocking service for a reported professional company. Hate hate this company always problems with them
