Fue increíble el trato al cliente.
Me gestionaron un cambio desde una ciudad en la que no tienen tienda física (solo dentro del corte inglés).
Muy contenta con el trato recibido por Valentina y el equipo.

I didn’t like the quality of the earrings. I returned them but the shop has processed the refund for more than a month now. No explanation given, apparently it takes so long for their e-commerce team to inspect them.

Tuve un inconveniente con la empresa encargada de la entrega de mi paquete y Valentina estuvo súper atenta a mi caso, ayudándome a gestionar una nueva entrega rápidamente.

Valoro muchísimo la dedicación y el trato humano que tuvo conmigo, especialmente porque tenía un viaje programado y quería llevarle el collar de regalo a mi amiga por su cumpleaños.

Estos pequeños gestos hacen una gran diferencia y demuestran que realmente hay personas del otro lado dispuestas a ayudarte, algo que habla muy bien de la empresa y de su atención al cliente.

Y además, el collar es hermoso. A mi amiga le encantó ❤️

Ich finde den Schmuck eigentlich sehr schön und die Qualität ist gut.
Ich werde hier zukünftig trotzdem nicht mehr bestellen. Zum einen da Artikel sehr oft ausverkauft sind. Besonders wenn man passende Sets kaufen will muss man daher mehrmals prüfen ob alle Teile vorhanden sind.
Bei meiner Bestellung hat dann leider sich ein Ohrring gefehlt. Mir wurde nicht geglaubt, dass es sich um einen versandfehler handelt und ich musste sehr ausgiebig
Mit dem Kundendienst diskutieren. Da der Ohrring dann schon wieder ausverkauft war konnte mir auch Kein Ersatz geschickt werden. Durch die lange Klärung des Sachverhaltes habe ich die Produkte dann auch fast nicht zurückschicken können da das alles eine Woche gedauert hat die Produkte für eine Retoure aber nach 2 Wochen wieder im Lager sein müssen und keine Kuöanz gewährt wird.
So eine schlechte Kundenorientierung passt zu so einer teuren Brand eigentlich nicht.
Daher werde ich zukünftig nicht mehr bei pdpaola bestellen.

minuto 0 buscaron solución adaptada a mis deseos.

Todo muy bonito, pero al parecer he tenido mala suerte con la calidad de los productos. Tengo un colgante que tuve que cambiar porque se le cayeron 5 piedritas de colores y el que me dieron a cambio también lo he tenido que devolver por el mismo motivo. A ver si a la tercera va la vencida.

Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Dopo aver esposto il mio problema al servizio clienti, in particolare alla signorina Valentina, ho ricevuto una risposta rapida e professionale.

Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità, la cortesia e la tempestività con cui hanno gestito la situazione, riuscendo anche a risolvere il problema in tempi brevi.

Mala calidad y pésimo servicio de garantía, 8 meses de uso (no diario) y la cadena está para tirar, ha perdido todo el baño, como el dinero que crees que inviertes en una joya de esta marca.

My shopping experience was great during choice and size finding. However, the website is not super-friendly in the account part and I did not find my order in it. I needed to ask help to the customer service, and Valentina solved my issue fastly, gently and also giving me the parcel tracking! Ten stars to her!

Cependant, force est de constater qu’il existe un écart important entre vos engagements et la réalité : malgré vos messages indiquant une prise de contact imminente, je n’ai à ce jour toujours été recontactée par aucun membre de votre service client.

Ces réponses publiques sans action concrète donnent le sentiment d’une gestion d’image plutôt que d’une réelle volonté de résoudre le problème.

Je reste dans l’attente d’une prise de contact effective et d’une solution concrète.

I really love this brand and own several of their rings, which I genuinely enjoy wearing. However, I can’t ignore some concerns about the overall quality, especially considering the price point.

The gold-plated rings tend to discolor over time, and I’ve had two rings where stones have fallen out - even though I handle them carefully. I never wear them while washing my hands and always remove my jewelry at home, so this was disappointing.

What’s even more frustrating is that my warranty claim for one of the rings was rejected (paid full price for it). To me, that’s hard to understand, especially now that a second ring has also lost multiple stones. It reinforces my impression that the durability doesn’t quite match the cost.

Again, I truly appreciate the brand and its designs, but it’s worth considering whether the quality justifies the price.

I bought a necklace twice and both times it broke after only a few months. The quality is very poor!!!!!
