COMETI EL ERROR DE COMPRAR ONLINE OFICIAL,PERO ME EQUIVOQUÉ DE MODELO DE CADENA,NECESITABA UNA PARA PONER LOS CHARMS Y LA QUE ME LLEGO NO ERA LA CORRECTA. TRAMITÉ DEVOLUCIÓN ,HASTA AHÍ BIEN, ANULARON LA MIA Y LA CAMBIARON POR UN BRAZALETE, COSA QUE NO ERA LO QUE YO QUERÍA. INTENTÉ ANULAR ESA DEVOLUCION PARA GENERAR UN PEDIDO CORRECTO, FUE IMPOSIBLE. ESTO FUE EL DIA 18/6, CON MAS DE 50 CONVERSACIONES CON MAQUINAS O MAIL. NI UNA SOLA PERSONA ,Y ZERO SOLUCION. ME DERIBARON A UNA TIENDA FISICA, EN AVD/DIAGONAL DE BARCELONA. CONCIERTO CITA PORQUE DICEN QUE ELLAS SE ENCARGARIAN DEL CAMBIO.[ por cierto Patricia y su compañera maravillosas, amables y muy resolutivas, me intentaron ayudar con el proceso,pero desde cargos superiores a ellas, encargadas y algo más, no quisieron hacerme el cambio por que a ellos les constaba que ya me habían dado el brazalete,algo inviable ya que si gestiono hoy el cambio, primero tengo que enviar lo que quiero cambiar y después esperar que me envíen el cambio,y si yo no realice el envío ¿porque les consta que ya me han dado el producto y encima 10 € por diferencia de precio,todo eso de la noche 21:00h del 18/6 a la mañana 10:00h del 19/6. Para ellos el brazalete se teletransporto esa misma noche, es de risa las excusas. Total, me he visto obligada a pagar por otra cadena,la correcta, y la que me deberíais de haber cambiado, sigue en mi casa. No quieren saber nada de su propio negocio online, no puedes hablar con nadie y para rematar te contestan en inglés. ACABANDO, SON UNOS INEPTOS, PASAN DE LOS CLIENTES Y NO TE FACILITAN PARA NADA PODER HACER UN SIMPLE CAMBIO.
GRACIAS A SUS MARAVILLOSAS DEPENDIENTAS, PERO NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR NADA ONLINE EN SU TIENDA OFICIAL. SON UNOS INEPTOS.

I had a warranty case and the service as well as the exchange were very quick and easy. Valentina was really friendly and guided me through the whole process. Haven’t had such an uncomplicated and good customer service in a while!

Ho acquistato un anello Gravity da 135€ nel mese di settembre 2025. Si è spaccato in due dopo 6 mesi.
Vado al negozio, mi dicono che non c'è niente da fare, che la saldatura - già sperimentata in altre casi di rottura - non dà garanzia di solidità.
Morale: la qualità è scarsa, il servizio clienti pure, non mi vedono più.

I purchased the silver initial necklace in November or December 2025. I loved it and enjoyed wearing it most days. Unfortunately it broke last week after it had been getting tangled just from normal wear. It became clear to me that the quality was not as good as I’d thought. I’d never wear it in the shower, exercising and to sleep too. Shame that the quality of it is so poor and the warranty is virtually useless. My warranty claim was rejected as they considered the chain breaking ‘accidental physical damage’ which is ridiculous considering the chain broke because of poor manufacturing/material quality. The only way it would not have broke is if I didn’t wear it at all and left it in the box! Very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.

First, I placed special order for over £1,000 worth of fine jewellery, which never arrived and had to chase it several times.
Second, I purchased a necklace for approximately £300 only four months ago. After just four months of normal wear, the necklace broke. There was no accident, no pulling, and no misuse on my part. The product simply appears to be of very poor quality. Despite this, customer service blamed me and refused to take responsibility.

What is most disappointing is not only the poor quality of the jewellery, but also the customer care who refuse a replacement.

The prices are extremely high, but the quality and after-sales service are nowhere near the standard you would expect from a jewellery brand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had to exchange a necklace and the whole process was fast, easy and great overall! The jewellerys are beautiful…whish i had more money😂😂. I highly recommend!

Bonjour, première commande chez vous pour la naissance de ma fille. Mon conjoint m’a offert un collier avec la lettre de son prénom, cinq semaines après, il manque déjà une pierre. Nous avons contacté le service client qui nous explique que ce défaut (perte de pierre) n’est pas pris en charge par la garantie. Nous sommes très déçus par la qualité mais surtout par votre réponse…

J'ai reçu le collier coulissant Rodeo à Noel, alors que je porte peu, un des petits bouts s'est cassé au bout de 5 mois. Refus du SAV de procéder à un échange prestant que la casse est du à une mauvaise utilisation de ma part. NON un collier qui casse au bout de 5 mois, est un collier qui a un défaut de fabrication ou alors nous sommes vraiment sur de la mauvaise qualité. Les prix pratiqué par la marque donne le sentiment d'une marque premium, mais ni les produits ni le SAV ne l'est. A FUIR !!!!

Collana con ciondolo acquistato tre anni fa, completamente ossidato.
Tengo a precisare che tratto con estrema cura i miei gioielli finché li indosso e anche quando sono riposti nel portagioie.
Faccio estremamente attenzione ad agenti esterni riponendo ogni pezzo in piccole dustbag apposite.
Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti facendolo notare mi è stato risposto che si tratta solo di umidità e contatto con profumi pertanto il gioiello si è ossidato così velocemente per colpa mia (peccato che tutti gli altri di altri brand trattati allo stesso modo sono ancora perfetti).

Fue increíble el trato al cliente.
Me gestionaron un cambio desde una ciudad en la que no tienen tienda física (solo dentro del corte inglés).
