Me compré un anillo en tienda, después de tres meses se empezó a caer el baño de oro. No me ducho con el, si quiera me lavo las manos, siempre me quito los anillos. Además tampoco lo uso para trabajar. Fui a la tienda para ver qué solución me podían dar ya que solo había pasado tres meses. Me dijeron que la única solución era comprar otro nuevo o pagar para arreglarlo, pero no me daban otro tipo de asistencia. Me siento decepcionada. Por supuesto, no pienso comprar más en esta tienda y recomendación cero.

When i was in trouble finding my order miss Karina help me and in 48h I received the package.

Ich habe einen Ring mit Goldbeschichtung gekauft. Nach nicht mal 2 Monaten war die Goldbeschichtung komplett weg, der Ring ist inzwischen silber. PD Paola weigert sich das Geld zurückzuerstatten, da die 30 Tage Rückgabefrist überschritten ist. Mir wurde lediglich ein Gutschein angeboten. Daran habe ich aber kein Interesse, da ich keinen weiteren Ring bei PD Paola kaufen würde. Schlechter Kundenservice, das kriegen andere Onlineshops deutlich besser hin.

J’ai reçu un collier initial avec pierres précieuses pour Noël. Au bout de 2 mois il y a déjà 2 pierres qui sont tombées, la qualité du bijou est vraiment à revoir !

J’ai donc tenté en vain de joindre le service client, mais impossible d’avoir contact avec un HUMAIN, l’IA est une bonne chose mais il y a des limites dans le traitement des litiges. Je n’ai ps accès à un compte et je n’ai pas de numéro de commande vu que c’est un cadeau. Je n’ai jamais eu de retour de la marque malgré une garantie de 3 ans sur le papier … peut être que mon avis vous fera réagir???

​I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding several jewelry pieces I have purchased from this brand. Despite the premium price point, the quality of these items is unacceptable.
​After only six months of careful use, every single piece has begun to tarnish and rust. For jewelry marketed at this price level, one would expect high-grade materials and long-lasting durability; however, the actual quality is significantly inferior.
​It is disheartening to invest in what are presented as high-end products, only to have them become unwearable in such a short period. I cannot recommend this brand to anyone looking for lasting value or quality craftsmanship.

Les pierres d'une très joli bague offertes par ma fille sont tombés après la garantie. J'ai contacté le service clients pour réparation à mes frais mais pas de réparation et pas de proposition de solution. Donc bijoux de mauvaises qualités et un service client qui n'est pas à l'écoute. Très déçu. Je ne porte donc plus la bague - prix assez élevé pour une utilisation aussi brève

I would highly recommend Mejuri, Missoma or Monica Vinader instead as brands with much better quality and better warranties at a similar price. I would personally compare the longevity of PDPOALA more to budget high-street brands than to a premium jeweller.
Their warranty is provided on their website, please make sure you read through it as you will realise not much is covered.
I attempted to use their warranty, but to my surprise, customer service informed me there was 'nothing wrong' with my item before I had even provided a photo of the specific issue or sent the item for a physical inspection. Not impressed.

Karina was super helpful and replied very quickly. She explained everything very clearly, and I felt her sincere intention to help me.
