Les modèles sont très jolis, mais la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer !!
J'ai commandé à plusieurs reprises un même collier avec pendentif (lettre ornée de pierres), et j'ai perdu systématiquement des pierres au bout de quelques petits mois malgré des conditions d'utilisation et de stockage adaptées. Je ne parle pas du placage qui se ternit à la vitesse de la lumière... J'ai même fini par aller chez un bijoutier qui m'a confirmé la fragilité +++ du pendentif.
A 90€ le bijou je ne m'attendais pas à ce type de réponse. C'est dommage, les modèles sont jolis, mais la qualité est vraiment misérable.

J'ai commandé des boucles d'oreille à 1000 euro et elles sont arrivées défectueuses.
J'ai demandé un échange, et ils m'ont renvoyé des boucles défectueuses.
J'ai donc demandé un remboursement car je n'avais plus confiance et ils me l'ont refusé, me disant que la date d'achat initiale était trop lointaine: sauf qu'elle était lointaine car ils m'ont envoyé des boucles défectueuse que j'ai du renvoyer en pensant pouvoir leur faire confiance: c'est vraiment malhonnête de leur part.
En discutant avec mes copines de cette mauvaise expérience, je me suis rendue compte que je n'étais pas la seule à avoir eu une mauvaise expérience: bijoux qui se cassent rapidement, mauvais service après vente, ...
C'est bien dommage pour une marque qui vend des bijoux haut de gamme...

Waiting months for refund
I ordered a necklace from the website. When it arrived I didn’t like the style and it didn’t suit me so I went to return it online. I sent the necklace back to be returned around 2 months ago and im still waiting for my refund. I had confirmation that the necklace arrived at the warehouse, and they’re waiting to confirm the refund, but it’s been like this for weeks.

I returned an item and have DHL confirmation it was delivered and I keep getting notifications reminders to return the item. I have tried to get a hold of someone and still have not heard back. I still don’t have my refund. Do not order from this place. They will keep your money!!

Tuve un problema con una de mis joyas…
Tuve un problema con una de mis joyas porque se desprendieron varias piedras. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente y Bianca me atendió de maravilla.
