Compré un anillo "Viena" en una de sus tiendas en Madrid. Al cabo del año empezó a caerse el chapado de oro por todo el anillo, y tengo que reconocer también que el brillo de las piedras se fue muy rápido. Por este motivo no lucía bonito y deje de ponérmelo.
Contacté con atención al cliente para crear una reclamación dado que el anillo seguía en garantía pero me dijeron que era del mal uso que había hecho de él. Ya les confirmé que me lo había puesto poco porque no se veía bonito por los daños y que el problema con el chapado de oro era en todo el anillo, no solo en la zona interna que suele estar más en contacto con objetos. Siempre me lo quitaba al lavarme las manos y lo guardaba en un joyero con separaciones individuales de fieltro.Aún así volvieron a decirme que la valoración ya estaba hecha y que la garantía no lo cubría al tener arañazos.
Obviamente marcas de uso tiene porque es un anillo y usamos las manos para agarrar objetos.
Si esto es así y no es un fallo suyo de fabricación, entonces tengo que decir que LA CALIDAD DE SUS JOYAS ES PÉSIMA. EL BRILLO DE LAS PIEDRAS DESAPARECE Y EL CHAPADO DE ORO SE VA A CACHITOS AL CABO DEL AÑO.
No recomiendo la marca por la calidad y por su servicio de garantía.

El cual es muy especial para mí. Lo he cuidado con un cariño especial ya que tiene un valor simbólico. Lo he llevado muy pocas veces. Y la última vez que lo utilicé,
Sentí que no se quedaba fijo sino más bien que se me abría. Me fijé, y vi que iba a rompenser en el medio… es el segundo artículo que tengo problemas y me da pena porque soy fiel amante de esta firma.
Me encantan todas las joyas y espero que lo próximo que escoja que seguramente vuelva a ser el mismo anillo por el significado que tiene para mí. Vaya mejor

Der Schmuck an sich ist schön, die Qualität ist leider schlecht, insbesondere in Anbetracht des Preises. Habe ein Armband bestellt und nach nicht einmal drei Monaten war bereits der Verschluss defekt. Habe bei PD Paola reklamiert und erhielt die Antwort, dass diese Problematik bei diesem Armband bekannt sei und ich lediglich die Möglichkeit habe den Verschluss für 21 Euro reparieren zu lassen. Meine Anfrage nach Rücksendung des minderwertigen Armbands gegen Gutschein wurde abgelehnt. Das ist m.E. eine Frechheit. Wenn ich ein Armband für über 200 Euro kaufe, sollte ich davon ausgehen dürfen, dass dieses länger als drei Monate hält - und wenn nicht, erwarte ich zumindest ein Entgegenkommen. Werde nie wieder dort bestellen. Gibt von anderen Marken günstigeren Schmuck mit deutlich besserer Qualität.

Estamos absolutamente descontentos con el servicio y, especialmente, con el de atención al cliente. Hicimos un regalo colectivo. El pedido fue online. El colgante (160€) llegó roto. La persona a la que se lo regalamos no pudo ni estrenarlo. Mandamos fotos y vuestra respuesta ha sido que puede deberse a un mal uso. Pero es que NO se debe a un mal uso, principalmente porque no hubo ocasión de que hubiera uso ninguno. Si queremos un producto chapucero, compramos cualquier cosa en esas tiendas que te dan tres por 20€. Si os elegimos a vosotros es porque confiamos en la calidad de vuestro productos. Nos gustaría que alguien se pusiera en contacto con nosotros para poder aclarar esto.

Schöner Schmuck aber etwas überteuert finde ich. Ärgerlich ist vor allem wenn man zunächst ein kaputtes Produkt geschickt bekommt, dann erst wieder Retoure beantragen muss, es auf die Post bringen muss usw. Retoure war zumindest kostenlos.

The jewellery discolours very quickly! I know how to treat jewelry. It is absolutely poor quality. You can report this problem and then you get a gift card, got this one. Bought new earrings (had to spend money again) and then they don't close properly. I get another gift card. I don't want to buy anything from them anymore! I want my money back, I won't get this. I am obliged to keep buying their poor quality over and over again.

First impression good but after using you can see immediately that’s low quality a cheep. One ring was damaged after only one use. Also the bracelet broke after a few month of use.
For this quality it should be much more cheaper. When you buy a ring for 10 € it will be the same.

Beautiful jewellery and amazing designs. I also found the packaging and shipment process great. However, I would urge you to stay away from the fine, solid gold range.

I had purchased a 18k gold and diamonds "Eternity" necklace and found the quality subpar. Some of the jump rings on the necklace were not properly soldered (but appeared to have been just shut with pliers or so, so a small gap remained open), so the fine necklace would easily slip on or off the jump ring. Immediately upon unpacking the necklace, it slipped off and while you could easily re-assemble the necklace yourself, in my opinion, it's just a question of time before you'd loose the piece.

When I reached out to Customer Service, well within the return window of my order, asking for support, e.g. a replacement of my unworn product, or maybe some discount so I could have the rings soldered by a local goldsmith, I was told this would not depict a quality issue.

I checked all my other PDPaola items from their standard / sterling silver / gold-plated range and could not fine one unsoldered jump ring there, so clearly the item was not up to their usual quality.

Ho avuto una risposta dopo vari tentativi assistenza chat dell’app e poi finalmente su whatsapp qualcuno di gentile mi ha contattato. Per un brand come il vostro non va bene, serve una sezione dedicata come amazon dall’app. Non sono riuscita neanche a trovare l’articolo con cui volevo fare il cambio sulla barra di ricerca. Ho dovuto fare un altro ordine, mi sembrava quasi stessi comprando da un sito truffa

I have bought multiple items from PDPAOLA and despite arriving looking beautiful, half of the pieces have not lasted longer than a few months.

2 of the charms I bought broke and despite their supposed warranty, they refused to help. I don't know if they ever honour warranty.

I bought an £100 bracelet and within a few months, it had tarnished and two of the elements had snapped.

They also raise prices before a sale to make you feel like you're getting a bargain on the sale price, when it's the regular price.

I needed to make a return for my purchase and the item was stuck at the custom, Valentina was very helpful and assisted me in resolving the issue. Really appreciate her help and service!
