Absolutely love PDPAOLA! Their pieces are beautiful, stylish and so easy to wear. I recently had an issue with one of my earrings and was genuinely impressed by their customer service. Even though it wasn’t technically covered by the warranty, they went the extra mile and offered me a gift card to replace the piece. Such a great experience from a brand that clearly cares about its customers. Beautiful jewelry, great design and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Realice una compra de una e-gift card en su página web, como regalo, para que llegase al email el día del cumpleaños, 19 de Septiembre. La persona recibió el email el 21 de Septiembre. Una mala experiencia sin duda.

El peor servicio de atención al cliente que he visto.
Me regalaron una E-Gift card, en donde la persona que me la compró eligió la opción de que la recibiera el día de mi cumpleaños. Más allá de que nunca me llegó la tarjeta regalo (y sí, he mirado en todas las carpetas de spam, promociones.... etc), es IMPOSIBLE contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente, no contestan ni por el chat de la web ni por el whatsapp. Lo máximo que hemos podido hacer es rellenar ambos (yo por un lado, y la persona que la compró por otro) un formulario online, y no hemos recibido respuesta.

EDITO: Han tardado dos horas en contestarme por el chat, pero me la han enviado al momento. Intenté después hacer una compra en tienda, y al pasar la tarjeta y el QR les sale “código inválido”. He vuelto a contactar con Atención al Cliente y no me han dado ninguna solución. Totalmente frustrante.

Bianca, from customer services, was super comprehensive, mindful and nice with us. We needed a size change and were very close on the trial period, but given the circumstances (we were away on a trip and couldn't ship the change on time) she understood our situation and helped us solve our issue.
She was fast and provided solutions and instructions in every step.

Qualität vom Schmuck für den Preis unterirdisch. Habe ZWEI Mal das Charm Bracelet bestellt. Habe bereits beim ersten nach 1 Monat gemerkt, dass der Verschluss immer lockerer wird. So war es auch, das erste Armband mit Charms für insgesamt 250€ einfach abgegangen und nie wieder gefunden.
Ich dachte erst es wäre meine Schuld und hab es ein zweites Mal versucht.
Diese Woche ist genau dasselbe nochmal passiert, nachdem ich das Armband circa 2 Monate hatte.
Kann es ja auch nicht reklamieren, weil es verloren ist.
Bei solchen Preisen erwarte ich bessere Qualität!

Mi hanno regalato a natale degli orecchini con la costellazione del segno zodiacale, ad oggi dopo 8 mesi non è rimasta nemmeno una pietruzza. Inoltre non ho mai potuto utilizzare le farfalline originali perché si sfilavano ed ho rischiato di perderli.
Qualità pessima, un vero peccato perchè erano belli

I bought a gift for my niece back in December/Christmas, yellow 18k gold earrings. In 4 months they oxidized. The earrings were kept in the original gift bag in her bedroom. No contact with water, sun or humidity. I have sent pictures of the item to process the claim, however the team informed that the oxidized marks are not due a material fault but storage …. I would remind that gold does not oxidize (when 18k) unless the metal mixture is faulty. I have not requested a refund, simply the replacement of the item. I have not received a reply.
I was very happy with this brand, from design to service overall including the swift replies by costumer service at all levels. However it is unacceptable that a piece of this value to oxidize in 4 months if they are as stated on item bought 18k.
The piece looks terrible now and it is unwearable. No replacement, not even offer to rectify the piece we bought at a considerable price…. Completely utterly disappointing

I cannot reach a single person. Their AI is horrible and does not understand anything, I haven't heard about my order for three weeks now, and there is nothing on the website besides a mail writing section that literally is broken and gives me errors all the time. I don't want to be bothered with them any more.

Les bijoux sont extrêmement fragiles et se cassent très facilement, dans des conditions d'usage tout à fait normales. J'ai acheté le pendentif iconique long en quartz d'un montant de 79 euros et celui ci s'est brisé à la base après avoir été porté une fois, trois semaines après l'achat. Bien entendu le sav a refusé de le remplacer, c'est peu commercial d'autant plus que je ne demandais qu'un échange. A méditer........

Cliente depuis plusieurs années, je n'achèterai plus de bijoux car la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. Le dernière déception a été un collier avec des pierres qui sont tombées, et malgré qu'il soit encore sous garantie le service client estime que c'est une usure "normale". Au prix auquel les colliers sont vendus, je m'attendais à mieux.
