Park with difficulty. They make it hard to pay so you’ll have to pay a hefty fine. “Find a car park” link doesn’t work. After an hour of searching I entered my car registration and that worked. This company needs to be taken down. Very poor.

Parked at Dodd Wood in disabled bay and used Blue Badge. Received a £50 fine. Appealed and was told that blue badge holders have to pay. There is no signage to make this clear. Most councils I know mandate free parking for disabled (perhaps Cumberland County Council don't?). I'll end up paying - but what a way to make money - disgraceful company!

Got a parking fine from parkwithease at barley car park. We go there weekly for a walk up pendle hill. It's helps with my husbands p.t.s.d. my husband as a bad ocd issue so he's very thorough with everything he does so paying for parking is a given. We put 3 pounds for parking which we pay every week. I've email the company on numerous occasions even appeal however its stil been put in a debt collection agency and nobody from the company have replied to any of my emails or my appeal

Picked up a parking fine at Blists Hill. Totally inadequate signage ,didn't see any mention of ANPR.
Didnt expect to pay any parking fees. Other open air museums I have been to ,the parking is free.
So be warned if visiting Blists Hill. It would seem with this parking company their ploy is not to make signage obvious so you miss it and pick up a fine.

Got a ticket for parking at a site which I have never been within 100 miles of. Wrong car in picture. Usual series of threatening letters. I won't park in any car park they are monitoring.

Avoid this car parking company at all costs. £3.60 cash paid, no ticket emerged. Tricky machines, tricky notices. Sent a cheque for £30 fine- proof of posting only- said it had not arrived nearly a month later. So, of course £50 to pay. WHAT a coincidence eh! Communication requests ignored, no answer on phone number found with difficulty.

SCAM BUSINESS. I went on to pay my parking on the website upon exiting and it said £0.00 over Easter weekend. A week or so later I get a parking fine and because I have no proof it said £0.00 despite being able to show my search history saying I went onto the website, I had to pay. When I asked for my complaint to be escalated I got an automated legal email. Disgusting - avoid.

Do not park in higher lodge car park in Cockington, Torquay! I received a reminder letter for parking fine for 50.00 even though I never had first letter. On the day I made payment I thought it was successful it was only when I received a reminder letter I knew anything was wrong. I trusted the machine. Now I'm 50.00 down for something I thought had be paid for. Reading the rest of the reviews looks like a very good scam or money earner for this company. I'm disgusted in their service especially the machine not being clear and never having first letter. I'm disappointed that Torbay Coast Countryside using this firm to rip us off. I will definitely not be parking in any of their car parks again. Thanks a lot of robbing me of 50.00 hope this company gets investigated especially with how many complaints they must receive.

Have had issues with parking companies before. Now I pay online and take a screenshot of the receipt.

Forgot to pay when I left the car park (Brixham Berry Head). Instantly turned round and went back. Machine said nothing to pay. Took a picture, as this seemed odd. Company claim I should have ignored *the information they provided* and checked the signage for alternative means to pay. Even the Independent Appeal Service said they "had some sympathy" for my case, but were unable to uphold the appeal because there was nothing technically wrong with PWE's signage.
I won't be going back or parking in any PWE car parks in future.

Device said paid, but still got penalty!
I paid the parking fee with contactless, semmed to say it went through but no barrier or anything to suggesr otherwise. I even helped the person next to me as they got confused. Then I got a penalty ticket regardless! no evidence as the paymet didnt actually go through. Gutted when you try to do the right thing :(

This anpr is invented to robb us all do not trust goverment thy eant this system all over UK and evry step you mobile they will be follow you and fineing you we must say stop to all this invigilation!

Betteshanger Park, October 2022. No machines anywhere to pay parking, just a QR code. When I scanned this after returning to my car, it said £0.00 to pay. I was surprised but as we arrived only ~an hour before the park closed I figured it must have been free for some reason.

Two weeks later and I have a £50 demand for payment. I am quite happy to pay what I originally owed, and would have done had I been told what that was. But I do not owe £50 for 1.5 hours of parking in a near-empty car park.

Ensure your payment methods work properly and you'll receive what you're owed. But don't break things and then use that as an excuse to extort. It's disgusting and anyone working at Park with Ease should be ashamed of themselves.

I recently visited Attenborough Nature reserve for the first time in a while. On previous visits, payment has been made via an honest contribution which I have always paid. On this visit, I chose to park in what is known as the 'top car park' which is close to the railway and isn't actually the main car park. I was there for approx. 40 minutes!
Two weeks later, I was issued with a £60 parking fine. There was no signage to say that there was a parking fee applicable to the car park and certainly no machine in the top car park which would make you think - oh, I now need to pay for a ticket!!
The fee has now been increased to £120 as by the time I received the first fine letter - the 7 days had expired due to postal strikes.
How on earth can they justify £120 for 40 minutes and it was a genuine error on my part. How about showing a little discretion and compassion, especially given the times we are in and perhaps just sending a warning letter first.
Disgusting - oh and by the way - I will most definitely NOT be paying the fine. JOG ON!!!!!!

Went to Bettshanger, near Sandwich in October 2022. My husband paid the car park fee with accepted his payment, so it was a thumbs up and good to go. However, at the end of October, I got a parking fine of £50, reduced to £25, if paid within 14 days. My husband checked his account and the car park fee had NOT gone through. We’ve paid the fine and contacted Bettshanger, who have had no end of complaints about the car park company. Bettshanger were brilliant. Park with ease, sort your rubbish system out.

See you next Tuesdays. Id had a stressful day so went on my lunch break to the local nature reserve. I sat in my car for 20 minutes and then drove off. Today I got a fine of £60 or £35 if I settle within 14 days. Completely disproportionate.

Anybody had experience of just ignoring these and spending the £35 on their kids school uniforms or food instead? And what happened?

This company is really bad I think that the car parking should be free at Dartmouth castle for disabled persons as parking on the road is not real answer to the problem as you have to pay to go in to Dartmouth castle this should be included.the so called park signs are not readyly seen the price is 50pfor 1 hour but be careful if not paid you will be fine £60. so beware!!!

Scammers. Be very careful, and avoid using their car parks, of possible.

So it appears i to have been stung by this company who it appears are out to make as muck money as possible.
Poor signage is apparently one of there regular complained about things as was where i parked, i parked to sit and write patients notes on my laptop at the end of a stressful day not realising there was now parking charges at the reserve. My mistske but when i then get a letter "second notice" for £60 when i didn't receive the first PCN is really poor and can the postal service allways be blamed. Held my hand up and went online to pay to find fine is £120.. no where on the one letter i recieved did it say the fine would be doubled if not paid within a certain amount of time. I have emailed stating these facts with an offer to pay £60 because they were negligent in not sending any other correspondence. Appears though i may well be fighting a loosing battle!!
