Park With Ease  Arvostelua 

I used a car park at Cuerdan Valley, Chorley in July. The payment machine was not working but the signage is clear there is an online method. Went to the website which was down. I took a picture and screenshot of this to prove I had tried to pay, but with no other options, we drove away. Got a ticket today for £30 if paid in 14 days from issue, rising to £50. I appealed it, sent my screenshots and they have put the charge down to the 1.60 it would have cost if I could pay on the day. Clearly a very reasonable, common sense decision and I've been treated fairly. Credit where it's due and a big thank you to Jane who responded in less than 8 hours with the decision, really easing my worry about this.

Machine broken forced to pay on app via PayPal. Month later sent a non payment letter. This was Dartmouth Castle.

I have called approximately 200 times this morning and they do not answer, their website is showing I have an unpaid parking fine which I confirmed that I have paid.
As it's still showing I cannot pay my parking for this weekend in the allotted period, I expect they don't answer on purpose so you can't resolve the issue in time.

On the day of Hardys birthday it was advertised that car parks were free in Dorchester. Parkwithease did not cooperate with this, fining people parking in their car park assuming it was free. Thank you for the terse reply to my appeal parkwithease .

Please don't use any of these car parks as the machines are usually not working ie not tacking cash or having no card payment available leaving you having to pay online which is easy to forget and results in a £40.00 parking ticket in the post

They sent me a bill for prking when I was at work 15 miles away and my car ws with me. They refuse to show decent images of my car or my number plate so I am looking forward to meeeting them in court. They are rude, aggressive and inefficient as are their solicitors...NVER ay them

Grifters. Visited an attraction that was shut despite being advertised as open, machine wouldn’t accept payment, no one to ask. Was there ten minutes and left. Got a parking fine. Appeal denied.

I’ve received a parking fine today when both me and my car were 150 miles away at the time. It’s possible that my car number plate has been cloned, but will I ever get to see any evidence?

It’s obviously worrying if it has, and also, DVLA has given them my full name and address details, for what is not a real reason. Shocking behaviour from a Government agency.

Update: Park with Ease has emailed me to say they have transferred liability, as I requested. Great - but an apology or explanation would have been appreciated.

The damage is done now, though. DVLA gave my personal details away without due diligence, and for that, I will be pursuing a full apology and perhaps even compensation.

After reading the reviews for this company, I was really worried about what was about to happen over the next few weeks.
I parked my car at the North Trinity car park, and decided to pay during the 48 hours after leaving the carpark.
However when I went to pay online the website was not working and I could not pay.
I emailed park with ease about the problem, and Amy replied within a few hours stating a technical difficulty on there end, but my charge had been removed.

The system just doesn't work, tried to pay on the website after parking at a carpark with no signal, the website just keeps timing out and failing.

Shocking!! Having the same issues in Dorchester, can’t pay on machine nor on line. Yet they will have the nerve to send a fine for none payment out. Maybe I should send my invoice for the time I have wasted on these.

Shame I have to give a star out of 5 as I would rather choose no star.
Payment system is awful, people struggle with machines every time I'm in the car park. Either can't take coins or can only take coins. Trying to pay online and keeps timing out. Even the messaging system to complain doesn't seem to work.

Tried to pay on laptop. Got warning saying this might be site masquerading as parkwithease so paid via mobile. Now discover both payments gone through and have paid twice.

I have been visiting Westhay carpark and paying £3 each time which was fine. I decided to buy an annual pass for £60 and it looked like the payment went through. Then received a ticket for my next stay when I thought I was covered. Apparently the payment hadn’t gone through.

Remember. When you drive into Trinity St.North car park operated by 'Park-With-Ease' you are entering into a contract with them which is stated on the information board by the payment machine (which most people don't read).
In my case the machine would not accept my money. Another person was present who was also having problems. I believe they were trying to pay with card. A phone number is indicated to ring if you are experiencing problems trying to pay but not on weekends. In my opinion
some of these machine problems may end up with a PCN (parking charge notice) so Pay With Ease can maximise their income. I tried to contact them several times even sent a recorded delivery letter which was never received. Contact is very difficult. PWE seemed to have sold/passed on my case to EMPIRA.
Finally I was passed to Gladstones Solicitors threatening County Court
action. Yesterday I went to review PWE's signboard (on foot!) and I decided to pay the solicitors £140.
Conclusions:- I will learn about Contract Law and I will use Trinity St
South car park which is still operated by Dorset County Council.

dont deserve 1 star. just received a letter from Empira collection agency to the total of £180 for non payment of parking fine in September 2024 (17 months ago), first I knew about it. contacted PwithE and they say they sent 3 letters. never recieved any letters. contact them to dispute and they tell me the appeal is closed and i must pay. i WILL NOT PAY. i am seeking legal advise and will take this as far as i can. thiefs!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I parked at the Trinity Street North car park on 24/12/2025. We’ve never had any issues there until ParkwithEase took over.

After about half an hour of parking, I entered my car details into the machine. It displayed a charge of £0.70, but when I paid, it actually took £2.40. I emailed them as soon as I got home to report the overcharge.

Despite this, on 08/01/2026 I received a £40 fine claiming “non‑payment”. It’s completely unacceptable.

Please be aware and avoid using this car park if you can. If you do need to park there, I strongly recommend using the JustPark app instead of the machine.

The machines weren't working, there was no signal to pay online. I was there for less than half an hour and moved my car as I didn't want a fine. They sent one anyway. I explained what happened and they said I had the opportunity to pay within 48 hours after my visit. Just a,money making organisation out to screw people over. Im sorry but if your machines are not working (im guessing they never are) don't charge people! A lot of elderly people, like my parents, dont like using online payments and some people dont have access to the internet. Disgraceful company needs investigating

I am so disgusted by this company. I parked at the Trinity street north car park. I have never had an issue parking there and saw the company had taken over so I tried to put my car details in before and after and the machine said no charge. So I assumed it was fine. Just had a £40 fine through and tried to appeal and explain and was rather coldly told I couldn’t. So many other people have had this problem. I will stick to Just park now.
