We parked at the China Museum in Ironbridge last year. The machine was covered up, so we could not pay. Our appeal failed and we’re now being threatened with bailiffs. We now have to pay £130!!! This lot are bullies. It is so unfair that they can treat law-abiding people like this and there’s nothing we can do. It makes me sick!

Absolutely terrible company. They incorrectly issued me with a fine. One member of staff reviewed the evidence that I sent and agreed in writing that the fine was issued in error and he requested to his manager that the fine should be cancelled. Since then, noone has replied to any of my emails and they wont answer the phone to me either. It is extremely upsetting and distressing as I am financially out of pocket even when I have it in writing from them that the fine was issued incorrectly. They are rude and they don't care about me or the impact that this has had on me, financially and mentally. Do not use this company, you'll probably regret it if you do.

Tried to find the car park I was apparently in, but no evidence they own this car park, as the webiste only shows locations in a few sites miles from me, where I have never been. I would recommend contesting fines when recieving a letter from them.

Visited Attenborough on 26 January 2023,payment machines out of order,went home accessed their site and have proof that no outstanding charges for this registration.14 days later received a parking fine their system is not used friendly so paid the £35. their system said not gone through, tried again and it was taken,proof from bank statement. Today received a non payment of fine. Is this company making by a fortune out of honest people . I am also extremely unhappy with Attenborough who have allowed this unscrupulous company to operate in this way. We are fairly at ease with online payments but this company is discriminating against people who do not have internet or help.

Got a parking notice for £25 from PWE. The machine had not been working for weeks according to staff at the reception (Betteshanger Country Park) and there was no redirection in the car park to the other machine about 100 yards away!
I reluctantly chose to pay the notice, however their website said there was a problem with the payment and it had been declined. I was tempted to try again but waited a while and checked my bank account. It HAD been charged the £25! Just another tactic to suck as much cash out of the responsible motorist as possible while appearing to be on the right side of the law. (Incidentally, PWE are not legally entitled to issue fines - just notices to pay)

Just started getting tickets even though I've paid for parking at Berry Head. I go to pay on way out as I have been doing and has started to say didn't pick up numerate, are you arriving or leaving, so all I can do is give a good guess, and now I've received 2 tickets in the last 2 days and will no doubt get more as I have gone there to walk dog. Seems like a scam to me, could be just a fault, but if you can't ring them I'm a bit suspicious. Not happy about this and might have to take this further if you keep sending me these fines which are unjustified

Arrived, checked whether my wife's disability made difference, it did not. Tried to pay by Apple Pay, could not, paid by cash. Got back to car within time period. Received fine notice - appealed got rejected. Will see them in court if necessary -same as all other entries on this website.

5 January - I got e mails from them on 23/12 and 24/12 after 20.00, since I found this intrusive and up setting I decided to pay the unwarranted £35 fine. This meant that the independent appeal authority would not investigate my complaint - extraordinary how these parking companies can manipulate the system.

We went out for the day and the car park we parked at was run by park with ease. Today we received a fixed penalty fine due to apparently not paying for a ticket. Lucky for us that we keep all I receipts just in case of situations like this. So we did pay for the parking and we have the receipt and have just put an appeal in. Though I suspect park with ease will probably still try and get the money even though we've paid and provided them with pictures of the receipt, there is no way I am paying when we have already paid for the parking.

Went to Grizedale forest on 9th Nov. First time I’d come across Parkwithease. Asked in the reception and the lady said you pay when you leave. Machine would not accept our registration number so being honest we paid cash into the machine for what we thought was the correct fee ( got a receipt, which unfortunately I’ve disposed of). Got a PCN yesterday £50 fine. Contacted Parkwithease and asked them to check and confirm they had received cash at 13.25. They say they cannot locate it and we must pay.
Absolute scam. Why do decent places like Grizedale use such out and out scammers. It does not make you want to return.

Not impressed at all. I paid for 47 hr parking online but when I double checked back I still owed !! It’s impossible to find out anything at all. So unuser friendly

I am unable to find any Kisok or Parking Notice on site and got a ticket. Upon checking I found that they have installed signs and kisok in a corner which is not easily visible and rceived a ticket of 60£.
They are Scammers and nothing else !

Have only used this parking firm acouple of times,certainly will not be using them again.I recently recieved a parking charge for £60 down to £ 35 if paid within a certain time.I paid my £8 fee,but no ticket as the machine had run out of paper seems to happen alot,running out of paper,silly as might seem I paid the fine as I was going away and just seemed the right thing to do.Reason for the issue was that I had parked in a permit holders car park,but they do not have any permit holders bays.They in my opinion are fraudulently obtaining money from people parking whom have paid their fee. I can see this by the past reviews.I have now appealed but are being ignored.I am not going to give up this fight,even if I have to go to their head office in Northwich,and stand infront of their car park to warn people what they are up to. They owe me £40 and I want it back. Please be aware all. Have emailed them a couple of times but no reponse.

Sent me a parking ticket for my vehicle being parked in Whinlatter Cumbria. At the alleged time I was actually parked 180 miles away in Hull at my place of work which is verified by CCTV. The picture they supplied was of a Mercedes & my car is a Peugeot, the number plate was not readable. They agreed it was a mistake that their machine misread my number plate(how this is possible I do not know)then 2 weeks later I get a further order stating court action will follow if not paid. They again agreed it was a mistake & I have heard nothing further. Everyone needs to be aware of this company’s incompetence

On 25/9/23 we visited Dartmouth Castle & left our car there, safe in the knowledge that English Heritage Membership entitled us to park without paying.
Contrary to what these people say, there was no clear signage to the contrary at the Site. If there was I would not be writing this today.
We are diligent about parking & spent a lot on parking on our way round South Devon. We feel this fine is at best a Dirty Trick.

Parked at Betteshanger for the first time in August. Barriers both sides were raised; two ticket machines both had plastic bin bags covering them. I saw no other signs instructing how to pay so assumed that parking was free as it was start of school holidays. Weeks later I received a fine, £50 down to £25 if paid within certain amount of days. I paid as there was no telephone number only email address. I did send a message on their online form but had no response. A month later I received another fine for £50 for not paying the parking charge issued in August. I sent an email, not their online form, to say I’d paid. Response came asking for proof of payment, which I forwarded. Email came back saying payment had been received and invoice closed. I assume this tactic is to get vulnerable people to pay more.

Added registration to park with ease app, still got two parking tickets when visiting Whinlatter car parks.

We need to bring this company down. Took ages tofind the well hidden ticket machine paid for a ticket a Sharkham Point which the machine said was ok but didn't go through (probably due to remote location). Recd a parking fine, sent an email and no response. Will never park in a ParkWithEase car park again. The feeling that it's deliberate is very strong. They need to be exposed on Consumer Watch sites and TV.

Shocking company pay meter’s nowhere to be seen . It’s ANPR so you don’t even know . My letter came on the 24th date of issue was 14th and you have 14 days otherwise the cost doubles so basically had to pay it . The appeals process is shocking . I looked everywhere for the machine and there was no signs of any payment machines anywhere . Do you not think I would pay my parking if I could have . Ridiculous company ripping genuine people off .

One of the many parking cowboy outfits, they tried to charge me £ 50 for parking at Dodd Wood in the lakes.
They do not use the protection of freedoms act so therefore can only prosecute the driver but they have no way of knowing who the driver is unless of course |I tell them which I simply dont have to do. They will threaten you with legal action but in this case its a very simple defence. So they wont get paid off me. Anyone who has problems do a search for pepipoo private parking tickets. Everything is one the site which will allow you to fight any ticket at this location. They just reply on threats of legal action to force you to pay.
