Parkers Reading Arvostelua

We’ve had a very positive experience with Parkers Reading so far, particularly with Joe Corker, who has been helpful, professional and responsive throughout our rental application process.

Joe has kept us informed and made the process of securing a property for our family straightforward and reassuring.

Our offer has now been accepted, and we’re looking forward to completing the remaining steps.

Thank you, Joe, for your support and assistance. We really appreciate it and would happily recommend Parkers Reading based on our experience so far.

Yesterday, my son and I visited a property in Reading and were welcomed by Mr. Callum Rumble from Parkers Estate Agents.
Callum was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. He presented the property very well, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable. His friendly manner and excellent customer service made the viewing a very positive experience for both my son and me.
It was a pleasure meeting him, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for his professionalism and the excellent way he represented Parkers Estate Agents. He is a real credit to the team, and I wish him continued success in his career.
Thank you, Callum, for making our visit such a pleasant experience!

Parkers amazing in both help with Letting and Selling. All of the team members are professional, friendly and approachable. Beth was amazing in keeping me up to date with everything and cant thank them enough!

Callum Rumble, was friendly and extremely professional. Made me feel at ease, he didn’t realise that I had a bad day and because of his behaviour he was able to put me at ease. Well done, very much appreciated his support.

The team at Parkers in Reading are excellent. They make sure any query is answered and there is always someone on hand to help. They have found me two lots of good tenants now and make the process seamless. Feels reassuring to know I’m in safe hands!

As a landlord, Parkers has been providing me with an excellent service for several years, in terms of support and prompt response to queries.

I had a very positive experience with Parkers throughout my entire tenancy. Everything went smoothly, from the initial viewing to the return of my deposit. The team was always responsive to my requests and handled everything promptly and efficiently. The whole process was clear, straightforward, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Parkers!

Nice helpful team, friendly, with quick responses, which is really good. I’ve been sent some properties that match what I’m looking for and got to view 3 during one viewing which was super helpful. no overselling of places, straightforward and easy to work with.

My flat was my home until I married 15 years ago at which point I rented it out. I had previosly worked in lettings for several years and as the property was local I managed it myself. A few years ago I had tenants who were very nice but extremely demanding of our time knowing we lived about 5 minutes away. A friend recommended Tracy to me and I'm very pleased she did. Tracy is very proactive, friendly, efficient and professional. Life is so much more relaxed and stress free now!

After buying a property through Parker's and selling two properties with them over the past four years, I feel more than qualified to leave this review!

The property market can be a rollercoaster at times, but Damien, Beth and the entire team at Parker's have been absolute stars from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and always willing to go the extra mile, they somehow manage to make even the most stressful parts of buying and selling feel manageable.

There were moments when lesser teams might have given up, but Parker's showed resilience, determination and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and communication was always excellent.

Estate agents don't always get the praise they deserve, but this team genuinely earned it. If awards were handed out for professionalism, customer service and sheer persistence, I'd expect to see Parker's collecting trophies by the armful.

Thank you Damien, Beth and everyone at Parker's. A credit to your profession and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Wish everyone at PARKERS READING all the very best for their futures.

Professional and responsive - would definitely use them again

Having used Parkers Reading for over 5 years, I have only had good experiences of them. Sophie is professional, friendly and quick to respond. It is great to have continuity in service, it makes such a difference.

Our experience of dealing with Tracy Why has always been an extremely positive one. Over the many years that she has looked after our property, she has been unfailingly courteous, helpful and competent. Her grasp of any problems, her attention to detail and her prompt response to emails have made the management of our property much easier. We can always rely on her to get reliable quotes, fix issues and get back to us quickly. She is an absolute gem!

I own three properties which are managed on my behalf by Tracy Why. I have known Tracy for over 15 years and have always found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and totally reliable. She is a pleasure to deal with and is my number one property manager

I have rented my flats through Parkers for over 35 years!
They offer a professional and friendly service, responding to tenants' and my requirements promptly and efficiently.

Star performance from all of the Parkers Reading team.
Great service provided with a smile and super professional.
Can't recommend enough.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by the Parkers team managing my rental property in the UK. They have been professional, helpful and responsive whenever an issue has arisen.

I would especially like to thank Sophie Fowler, my property manager. She has consistently taken care of issues with the property and followed them through to a resolution. Her support gives me real peace of mind as a landlord living overseas.

I’m grateful to Sophie and the rest of the Parkers team for their excellent service and would happily recommend them to other landlords

The staff I dealt with, Callum, was friendly and professional. He provided me with all the initial information so I could make informed decisions about renting my property. I also met other team members, Kurt and Sam, who were also quick to answer questions and provided the help I required.

We had such a great experience with Parker’s reading, From the offer being accepted on our house. I want to do a big shout out to Beth and Damien Glowaki , as they done amazing, making sure we were kept in the loop all the way to moving. They calmed our nerves, and kept us staying positive, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend them, to anyone buying or selling a house 🏠

Don't rent through Parkers. Such a disgraceful company. I rent a property for 8 years and the landlord used Parkers to find tenants but wanted to manage the house on his own because he didn't want to pay the management fee. After we ended the contract, he used parkers again. Parkers sent someone taking photos when I was packing so the house wasn't tidy and used to take all my deposit. I should have refused them to take photos because they had no rights but I didn't know better back then. They will help landlords to screw you. Those 5 stars reviews from landlords say it all. I have stopped friends selling their houses with Parkers although rent and sell are difference departments but the company is despicable.
Worst agent to rent from.
Wouldn't give one star
