I purchased multitrip travel insurance and found the quote a good price considering the conditions I listed. However, i would have found it helpful if the agents could explain more clearly what needs to be included or left out. I rang twice but got different answers so ended up including anything i thought might be required which was probably more than i needed to and further increased the price! I did find the agents as helpful as they could be but the medical side is very confusing, makes assumptions and there is no way to explain individual circumstances, just answer set questions. Hopefully i wont need to claim but, if i do, hopefully i have also included everything they need to know!

I liked the fact that I was diligently asked about my medical history. It is reassuring that all the facts are ‘in play’, as page #1 of the contract plainly showed. However, the wording on page #2 of the contract was ambiguous and could well seem to contradict page #1. I sincerely hope that does not prove to be the case!

The assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything to me so clearly. I am also satisfied with the price I paid for the multi trip travel insurance.

I am not used to dealing with such matters and i made a mistake with one digit filling in my phone number. I called your 1-800 number and was answered straight away by a very helpful young lady (sorry forgot her name) because the digit missing was on of the last 5 required for me to download my documents. She sent me the amended policy and also guided me to clear cookies that may have interefered with the amendent. Shows how a dealing with a machine can never replace dealing with people of my generation. Thank you and thank the young lady again if you can retrace my call. Plus your website was very clear and esy to use.
