Antony Roberts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Unparalleled help and assistance over the years, it has made the letting of our property an extremely smooth and straightforward process.

And that cannot be said for all letting agents, of which we have had many over the years.

Communications being a very strong point.

We had a great experience with Antony Roberts. Harriet was thorough, straightforward and helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, making the tenancy process quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend!

We were very satisfied working with Phil Harrison at Antony Roberts in Kew. He was very responsive to the enquiries of our agent and was able to make himself and the house available for multiple viewings. I think we made a very good choice with our purchase and could not have done it without his collaboration. The staff at Antony Roberts in Kew was helpful.

We had a great experience with John Martins while looking for our new home. He was transparent, professional and trustworthy throughout, and we really appreciated how clearly he communicated everything to us. The whole team at Antony Roberts also seems very professional, and we’ve had a great experience overall. 10/10

I have been a tenant with Antony Roberts for many years, and when the time came for me to move out and find a new apartment, I was incredibly grateful for the support I received from Francesca and the entire Antony Roberts team.

They supported me throughout the entire process, from the initial discussions and understanding my requirements to helping me find an amazing new apartment. The whole experience was handled with exceptional professionalism, integrity and efficiency.

What stood out to me most was how proactive and genuinely helpful the team were. They kept me informed, responded quickly to my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. They were also transparent and honest throughout, which gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.

Francesca in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was progressing smoothly, and the wider team were equally supportive whenever I needed assistance.
After many years as a tenant, I can honestly say that I trust Antony Roberts 100%. Their service is of an exceptionally high standard, and it is clear that they genuinely care about their tenants.

I am a landlord, Antony Roberts are managing my property. I could not be more satisfied with their services. Harriet, my contact person, is extremely responsive, pragmatic and overall just wonderful to deal with. Most of the issues that arise have been settled before I was even informed - life would be a lot easier if all business contacts were so helpful.

Antony Roberts (and Simon Welford in particular) were fundamental to the successful completion of our transaction and we really appreciated their experience, communication skills and local knowledge. Would recommend.

We switched to Anthony Roberts property management because we were highly impressed with their integrity, believability and the highly professional way in which they dealt with matters. The people within the management team are open, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

I have used Paul and John at Antony Roberts over a number of years to lease my flat in Godstone Road. Having just used them again to secure a new tenant, I am very happy to recommend them both as professional, responsive and efficient guys to deal with.

I am delighted to recommend Antony Roberts very highly. Time and time again they have proven themselves to be extremely reliable both in terms of finding quality tenants for our flat while at the same time providing an excellent service. Their response rates are very quick, they arrange what needs to be done efficiently and the panel of tradespeople working with them on our behalf has proven to be good and fair in their pricing. They are pro-active and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Also they are nice people. Having worked with other estate agents in the Richmond area, what I have written above cannot be taken for granted. My only concern now is that all this praise doesn’t go to their heads!

We have used Antony Roberts for our recent move and we are very happy with the services received throughout! From the initial visit to our moving day everything had been great and easy! Thank you to Edward, Harriet and Sarah!

Great service - spent ages looking for a flat through different agents and Antony Roberts found us one. Giselle was particularly helpful throughout the process!

I had a very positive experience with Antony Roberts in Kew. They oversaw my purchase for a 1 Bed Flat and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was in regular contact with Simon Welford throughout the process and I always felt like I was in good hands. I was also able to get a good recommendation for a Mortgage Broker through AR which helped my buying process.

We were so incredibly impressed with Antony Roberts! The staff, in particular Emma were so friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to make our experience even better. Definitely the best estate agent experience I have ever had, very impressed!

We had the pleasure of working with Mark Wright for over more than two years, and his property management service was exceptional throughout. Mark is consistently supportive and highly efficient. He was focused on getting results. Whenever an issue arose, his follow-up was quick and reliable. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mark and the team at Antony Roberts.

I just got the keys to my first home last week and Antony Roberts were truly brilliant to work with. Simon was very good at keeping me updated on progress within the chain, and the whole experience was incredibly stress-free. I would certainly recommend them!

I imagined potential problems in the transition to a new tenancy/rental agency, when my Mortlake tenants gave notice just as my relatively small rental agency for the previous 30 years sold her business to the much larger Antony Roberts. Giselle, based at their East Sheen branch, found ideal new tenants in just a couple of days, smoothing out the inevitable differences between the modus operandi of my previous agency and of Antony Roberts. Giselle was in full control throughout, unflappable, a great communicator and as responsive and as cheerful as one can hope for - the perfect professional.

Very responsive team! It was a unique property and the listing timing was not great, but the team were persistent and knowledgeable every time I stopped by (unluckily for them I was right around the corner). The brochure/website photographs were outstanding; there were a couple of minor errors with the floorplans (mostly mea culpa) but it didn't affect anything in the end. Shout out to Emma (first three offers) for her outstanding hand holding, and James (fourth and final offer) for being amusing and his ability to talk me off the ledge and into things. Thank you, Antony Roberts Richmond (just across from the train station, you can't miss them)!

Cheerful and reassuring throughout the process. Happy with viewings and price achieved

Working with Simon at the Kew Branch of Antony Roberts to sell our home has been an absolute pleasure. We would also like to thank everyone in the Kew office: Megan, Sue, Toby, Phil, Matthew and Jonathan.

Throughout the entire process, the Kew team demonstrated incredible patience, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. What stood out the most was their responsiveness and genuine care.  They set the highest standard for what estate agent service should be. We feel so fortunate to have had them represent us and could not recommend them more highly to anyone looking to sell their property! Helena and Aidan
