Awful. Do not use these clowns!
They took my money and then delivered the parcel literally in pieces and then said it wasn't their fault it was damaged.
I've learnt my lesson - always book direct with a reputable courier!
These clowns are just middlemen and when anything goes wrong they hide behind unproven claims and refuse to pay up.
Thankfully I paid with my credit card and am recovering the money through their claimback as the contract was for the parcel to be delivered undamaged and obviously it wasn't.

Easy to use but beware
Easy to use, fast and no hassle. The only problem was that no one from customer service has contacted me regarding the previously planned and paid for delivery. Unfortunately the packing boxes hadn’t arrived and I had planned and paid for a delivery and tried to amend it but it wouldn’t let me amend, even though it was three days before the planned pick up. It wouldn’t let me cancel either so I’m out of pocket as the pick up company continued to the first date. I then had to book another pick up and pay again. I’ve still not had any dealings with customer service or a return of my money.

I was surprised by how simple the process was and the lower prices and the ability for such quick delivery options. The only downside is not getting time slots for collections due to their systems not being connected to e.g. DHL and having to stay in all day 9am-9pm.

The courier destroyed half of our item
The courier destroyed half of our item, after raising our complaint they blamed the packaging as inadequate when it was the same packaging for the delivery of the item. No apologies and now we have lost over £100.
I would not recommend this service, no care of the items being couriered and no accountability after they have been destroyed by the courier. If you want to keep items safe I’d suggest using another service.

A parcel is stuck in India as I added the wrong company name. As requested I contacted the receivers who gave me the correct name and ID requested by Parcelhero. I have sent this 5 times and there are about 30 messages in the thread and yet no resolution the parcel was with DHL via your site. I need a response resolution ASAP
