2nd time I used and complete disaster. I found out they have no agreement or relationship with the couriers like UPS. Which explains why they are so unwilling and incapable of fixing issues when problems arise. I will book courier services directly in the future and avoid 3rd parties like this that cause serious amounts of aggravation.

I would never recommend this shipping…
I would never recommend this shipping company to anyone. It is absolutely terrible. I noticed the poor quality of their service from day one. They sent a courier from Evri—a very unpleasant older woman—who looked at my parcel with disgust because it was slightly longer than usual; she took it with such an air of doing me a huge favor, acting as if I owed her my house. But never mind that; the real issue here is the horrible "professionalism"of Parcelhero.com. They picked up my package on August 24th, and it was supposed to reach its destination by August 26th. I am certain that by the 25th, the package had already been tossed in the trash somewhere and declared lost. Their agents(Parcelhero.com)deliberately stalled for time—hoping, perhaps, that I’d just drop the matter since the item wasn't very expensive. It seems their attitude is that it’s fine to spit in the customer's face. True, the parcel I was returning for a refund wasn't expensive—only about £30—but what infuriates me most is their clueless, terrible attitude: if you didn't buy extra coverage, you're treated like dirt and can be insulted. I strongly NOT recommend this shipping company; it’s not worth it.

Extra charges with no meaningful way to appeal
ParcelHero charged me around 22 GBP extra after delivery because UPS allegedly measured my parcel slightly over their size limit.
ParcelHero will not provide any photographic evidence of the carrier audit, yet they say I cannot properly appeal unless I had taken detailed photos before shipping with a tape measure against every dimension.
So they can take extra money based on a measurement I cannot verify, while expecting customers to have anticipated a dispute in advance and created their own evidence.
Their checkout wording also refers to appealing a carrier weight adjustment, while my charge was actually triggered by dimensions and a Large Package Surcharge.
I was also charged another unexplained 1.50 GBP which had to be referred to their billing team.
Very poor transparency and a dispute process heavily weighted against the customer.

Got an email printed it off stuck on the parcel DHL picked it up on Friday in New York DHL sent me updates every single step of the way could not be happier.
