long story short moved to japan from australia and sent 20kg over. it got stuck in a different state within japan and stayed in the same place for THREE weeks regardless of the amount of emails and calls i made. i finally got my luggage after four tiring weeks of back and fourth emails. 0/10 would give negative stars if i could

My first experience with us was good and the begin I feeling little confused, but at finally all was well.

I used My Baggage for my move from the United States to Ireland and I found it very easy and convenient. My boxes were picking up from my home in the US and delivered to my temporary housing in Cork. There was an address change necessary (I received the wrong physical address from Airbnb); I called My Baggage and they made the correction immediately. Every time I reached out to My Baggage via email, they responded with a few hours and my concerns were resolved. I have already recommended to the private relocation service I used to find permanent housing in Ireland. I am quite satisfied with the service I received.

You should be more upfront about the amount of paperwork needed and items prohibited.
Also the quotation was way off.

The Company does an excellent job of communicating what you need to do and how the whole process works. Great to have a company that will actually respond to your inquiries and is happy to assist you. One of my bags was held in customs when I shipped 7 boxes overseas and they provided daily updates as to location and status. Great Customer service, great people, all the way around. Will use them again and again!

Needed to bring my suitcase to the distribution center because at 8:45 (pick-up time 9:00-18:00) FedEx has already been there while my adress didn't exist. The support service did not call me back as they told. They didn't pick up the info I gave MyBaggage and I got 4 different messages asking for more info.

Excellent service! Luggage was collected by a very friendly and helpful driver, and delivered very quickly!

I was a bit concerned regarding scams etc but did some research and saw that My Baggage had good reviews etc. They collected on time, i was kept updated and they arrived at destination safely. It was an easy service to use. Will use again as easier and cheaper than putting on plane especially between the USA and UK and you don't have to drag them around the airport.

Customer service is super responsive and fast - but they cannot fix a broken delivery provider - in this case, FedEx. Two days, and still no pick up. Parcel was outside visible, labelled and accessible both days, in addition to having a mobile to call and people at home. I had to cancel and rebook with a competitor to guarantee delivery by required date. Honestly.. shocking.

Fueron muy rápidos con el proceso, el envío llego en perfecto estado y el seguimiento de las cajas siempre fue claro. El envío fue internacional, España-USA, y cero problemas, cero trabas, eficientes 100%. Ya lo usé anteriormente viceversa, por algo repetí. Intenté la vuelta con otra compañía española (mas fácil pensé, estaba en España, más barato) y error, tuve que cancelar y volver a trabajar con esta compañía. Sin duda, volveré a usarlos en mi próximo movimiento.

My brand new suitcase had the wheel knocked off. There is no recompense. One of my boxes was so damaged that the contents had to be repacked into another box! Luckily nothing was damaged.

Seamless transportation of my extra suitcase.
Travelling from New Zealand to Scandinavia for six weeks (needed winter gear). From there off to Uk and Singapore for five weeks (needed summer gear).
Saving myself carting a suitcase of clothes I wouldn’t require until I set foot in UK I opted to send that case ahead of time me. Only took one week. Easy and seamless. I was so impressed that I have already arranged for my winter suitcase to be collected from me and returned to NZ once I arrive in UK.

Great service from start to finish. Our bags were collected promptly and delivered just as efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage. We would definitely use this company again.
