my goods and packaging were badly damaged, they looked into my case asking for photos, invoices, all sorts of details that I provided, and concluded I am entitled to zero (0) compensation. UPS was the carrier.

Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website, easier than the courier's own website. I got better rates than the courier's own website. The only issue was the item was sent to the US & I didn't know what triggered the import duty & the amount until it arrived at the destination, & the duty amounted to 52% of the item value , ouch! Otherwise a very good experience.

Great service. I was skeptical at first. 58 euro to deliver 30kg electrical equipment, 2 boxes (183, 31, 22 cm in size each) from UK to Ireland. I didn't believe that. Other couriers quoted 150-400 eur. Parcelhero found UPS for me. Ordering took only 5 min online. Parcel was collected and delivered in 3 working days. Amazing service. Would use again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service my package was not delivered on time and spent 3 weeks in a hub in the uk before I arranged for it to be returned.
Customer service is nonexistent and I was out of pocket by €100’s thanks to their appalling service.

Very poor unfortunately
Very poor unfortunately. Twice was told parcel would be picked up and twice nobody came. After 3 days gave up on them. no refunds given unless the customer pays for the upgraded guaranteed delivery - which then makes more costly than other, perhaps more reliable service, elsewhere. All AI so nowhere to get relevant information.
