I am really disappointed
I am really disappointed. After several request to amend the delivery address. The parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. I am still waiting to allocate the parcel as the address where it has been delivered is not opening the door. Very annoying and time consuming.

"This is in relation to your shipment that was booked with DPD. Unfortunately, we are unable to generate the labels because the service is not available
Please note, refunds can take 5-7 working days to return to the original method of payment."

I never want to hear of parcelhero again …
Additional note. I was sent an invoice after the parcel was delivered charging an extra £4 because the parcel was overweight. There were no details of how much the excess weight was and when I went to parcel hero to query the invoice I was informed that I would have to prove the weight by sending a photo of the parcel on scales -
So I’m going to save myself the bother of providing proof every time and just not bother using them ever again. So ignore the glowing review below and if you do use them make sure you can prove the weight of your parcel whilst it’s apparent that they don’t have to provide any proof at all.
I’ve never heard of Parcelhero before but it worked out great. I got communication from both them and UPS so I knew what was going on all the time. And they got it there 2 days early. I would definitely use them again.
