yeh NEVER AGAIN I send a gift to a friend in the USA the total value is $130 he gets an email from UPS we have your parcel the import TAX is $70 so the import TAX for something he did not buy or know he was getting is more than 50% then you offer to sort it for me and charge me an extra £25 plus VAT. Sort it for me a tax that is over 50% of the value? I`m sending my friend the money after all it was a surprise gift I`m not having him out of pocket. On another note you have no means of contacting you on your website and no way to delete an account!! I suppose that`s an issue for trading standards

First time using your company. Collection & delivery was good, but my goods have been damaged!
I've spent fair amount of hours trying to find information on how to contact you, which hasn't been easy!
I paid extra insurance and now I have no idea on how to claim !

I have been using Parcelhero for a while now, but have now started to book direct with Evri and the Post Office, the reason I'm doing this, insurance, the £20 cover is no longer included, it costs £6 extra and it's only £4.50 for the delivery. If you go directly to Evri, it's £4.50 including £20 insurance.

Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience, and unfortunately this seems to happen every single time I book through ParcelHero.
Whether the courier is FedEx, DPD or DHL, there is always an issue. Either the driver doesn’t show up at all, or they arrive completely unprepared to actually collect the parcel. Today, DPD arrived without what was needed to process the collection, meaning my parcel couldn’t even be taken.
I genuinely don’t understand how a service can be this unreliable. When you book and pay for a collection, particularly when a parcel is time-sensitive, you should be able to trust that the courier will actually turn up prepared to collect it.
I’ve now had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute because yet again the service I paid for hasn’t been carried out properly. I have never experienced this level of repeated incompetence from a delivery booking service.
I would not recommend ParcelHero if you have anything remotely urgent or important to send.

Collected the next day Monday, and it was delivered today Tuesday.

Don't Use Parcel Hero - Go Straight to FEDEX
Booked my parcel via the Parcel Hero and selected the closest Drop-off point. Delivered the parcel to the Drop-off point who would not accept the parcel. Came home and contacted Parcel hero - AI is just a joke and no hep at all. Online chat is similar. I then delivered the parcel to the second nearest drop-off point who would also not accept the parcel. Contacted Parcel Hero - No response, Contacted FEDEX by telephone who were very helpful and arranged the collection of my parcel - Why do I need Parcel Hero? Parcel Hero contacted me by email 6 hours later!!!!
