Ocean Florida Arvostelua

From first contact with Lawrence his knowledge was invaluable, he made the whole booking procedure seamless. Then when our flights changed Lila sorted it all out very professionally and finally Sinem who must have the patience of a saint, sorted out attraction tickets for us which was no mean feat. These 3 people knew their stuff. They gave me confidence in the company that this holiday will be perfect for us and free from any hassle. Sinem actually took the time to phone me to check through all the details and that we had got all our necessary documents I’ve never known this ever happen before with any travel agent I have used in the past. I would recommend using this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

From the very start speaking with Jane the entire experience was hassle free.

We went on a family holiday for 2 weeks to Orlando with a very young child and an older family member which, under different circumstances, could have been a very stressful experience.

Everything went smoothly. The team in the uk and Orlando were both very helpful.

Everything that was promised was done to the highest degree.

I cannot recommend Ocean highly enough

Really quick, helpful advice and flexible itineraries.

Absolutely amazing, we reached out for a quote online and I received a call from Tom West, he was fantastic. Asked what we wanted to experience, what we had already looked at and a budget aim. Tom recommended a holiday under the budget but onsite at disney, talked us through why he would stay there and the benefits to our family, helped us select dates to save money on flights. Information was emailed over and rang me back a few days later giving me a chance to review it.

The personal touches of his own experiences were so great to hear and we booked! We are now so excited, we thought booking a Disney trip would be stressful but with Tom's advice we are looking forward to a truly magical experience.

Thank you so much!

a big thank you to Tom west for planning our holiday. He was incredibly helpful and friendly to talk to :)))

Very impressed with the service I received from James Hill. As I was booking for 9 people I wanted it to be right and the best value. I had a few questions and they were answered before I committed to book and he was not pushy at all.

I was thinking about booking everything separately until I spoke to ocean, our rep Tom was so informative and helpful picking out a great villa, virgin flights and an SUV to cruise around in all at an amazing price. I would highly recommend.

Oceans Florida have always gone out of their way to accommodate anything we.request regarding our holiday needs and requirements.
Staff are always friendly professional and do the best to help.
We as a Family only book our holidays thro them as we know we will never be disappointed. A really great company.

Used Ocean Florida before and found them to be really good. Especially Matt who was the same person who sorted both bookings

Lindsey was very helpful as the Accessibility Coordinator for our holiday, very professional and personable. Always good value from Ocean Florida.

Fair price , flexible options. Easy to deal with from Ian at point of sale to all the after sales and support teams

Ian made it such an easy experience, I told him what I wanted and he found me the perfect holiday! What I was dreading looking into became the smoothest and quickest holiday I’ve ever booked! I will deffo be using them again!

Ocean Florida have been excellent to deal with again. Yes I'm a repeat customer for a reason and I would happily come back again.
They were extremely flexible with my package needs and delivered excellent service. Very easy to work with once I was ready to commit to booking.

Please do not book with Ocean Florida ....we have had the worst experience with them. Our flights were cancelled and re booked for 2 days later, we obviously have no hotel booked for the 2 days when we contacted there out of hours emergency number we were basically told read the policy it's not our problem this after spending over £9000...thank god we had a lovely hotel manager to help so we didn't end up asleep around the pool with 4 children.

Absolutely flawless from the day I sent for a quote. Ricky contacted me and listened to what we wanted as a family and went above and beyond. Every part of our holiday ran smoothly and we knew we were in safe hands. The added extras are perfect! This was our second time booking with ocean Florida and won't be the last! Thank you!

Fantastic booking service from the off, the itinerary chopped and changed as an organic process and Heidi handled it all excellently. With a lot crammed in on our 3 week trip I left it to the experts and their knowledge to deliver and they did and it took so much pressure off the organization of the holiday. Every check in went smoothly along with the car rentals. We went to New York, Toronto Niagara and down to Florida and it all went well and I can't thank Ocean Florida enough for their great service and attention to detail woth our requests and for giving us a great family holiday to treasure.

We booked a family holiday for 9 of us and from the start Ocean Florida have been so helpful. Tom West gave us so much advice in the best place to stay and set our holiday up. Karen Hilton helped us sort all the flights out including upgrade changes. Lili Leitch helped me answer about a million questions i threw at her about the holiday. Kate Wilkinson then helped me sort out an error with a lead driver on the car rental. EVERYONE we have spoken to and who have helped us have been amazing and really helped. A large booking is always stressful but Ocean Florida just get things done. Thank you all so much. You are amazing.

The process was very easy, one call to discuss options, an outline of the holiday was developed and a no pressure quote was sent. Over the following weeks excellent feedback from the knowledge staff (Ricky) allowing me to build a perfect holiday

Ricky was amazing when booking our dream holiday he was so helpful with lots of information for our dream holiday that we have never been to before and it was so easy to sort out and get a quote and was able to change and amend to things we wanted to include in the holiday

Not very happy. The holiday itself was amazing but the transfer we were booked drove off without us. We had to pay for a new transfer when I spoke to ocean Florida on our return they were great and offered me a refund sorted. Or so I thought it’s now been 35 days no refund no responses to emails not great aftercare at all
