Ocean Florida Arvostelua

From our initial enquiry in January 2026 to coming back to the UK, the service was faultless, Andy was amazing from the initial enquiry, discussing what we needed and tips on how to reduce costs travelling with 2 under 5s.
Tui messed up our pre selected seats a few months before we were due to fly, but Kate at Ocean was on hand to resolve this for us
The villa was changed from the original booking (and from reading reviews about Aviana resort I was glad!) and we were moved to a stunningly beautiful villa at Championsgate. The Ocean team were totally amazing, sending a Whats App message when we arrived and were responding to a query within minutes. Absolutely amazing service yet again
The only one niggle was flying to Melbourne airport, whilst is a super quiet airport, the drive to the villa was well over 1 hour and 30 mins which was a lot for the kids to handle

First time visiting florida and ocean florida made the process seamless, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend

Tom was excellent and helped navigate all the options, we went back and forward with changes to hotels, dropping days, adding days and was very quick to come back with a solution.

Easy from start to finish and even helped with a question whilst we were away and resolved it. Would recommend

Booking process easy and quick email correspondence. Dealt with a change of flight by airline quickly and efficiently by talking directly to flight team whilst we were on holiday, and getting us another flight back home .
Great customer service, will definitely be using Ocean Florida in the future .

The operator was great.Andy went above and beyond to get us what we needed would recommend ocean florida for a great service.

I have read bad reviews about this company but we have now used them twice and they are in my opinion excellent. The customer service is second to none and the whole experience from booking through to return of holiday was smooth. Tex and Lauren both were extremely helpful and very professional at all times. Customer service in the US was easy to get hold off and were equally as friendly and helpful as the UK team. Would recommend them 100% thank you for a great holiday.

Darren was super helpful and friendly and I felt at ease booking our holiday with him as he was also very knowledgeable and answered any queries I had perfectly. I’m taking my son to Universal in Orlando for the week which is something I’ve an always wanted to do and we got an amazing deal with tickets included. I couldn’t be happier!

The entire Oceans team were very helpful in organising and planning my holiday. They were easy to get hold of and did their very best to accommodate all my holiday requirements. I would defo book with them again. Thanks Ocean team

We have already booked multiple holidays with Ocean in the past and had a great experience, so with confidence, have used them again for our 2027 one. The booking process was great, Danny Eden was superb at helping us get the best possible price for our slightly bespoke booking which we made a few months ago. Since then we have sought help with some holiday extras which we have personal experience of booking ourselves in the past, which took up loads of time and incurred additional costs. Through a request for help email, we were passed on to Charlotte Kavanagh, who offered her support in getting our requests fulfilled. I have come on here specifically to call out her exceptional service. She has sorted everything she could quickly, professionally and with all the care and compassion you could possibly hope for. Thank you for elevating our experience with Ocean to even greater heights - I can't recommend this company and it's superb staff highly enough.

The staff listened to what we were looking for. They did some research and got back in touch with us. The price was very reasonable, so we booked our trip. It was very easy at a later date to add extras on.
Everything fell into place, and we enjoyed our holiday
Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were very friendly.

I have had the best most stress free time with this company, they have effortlessly answered all my questions and made my trip so much easier, I didn't feel like I was being a pest by asking lots of questions, and they always came back to me very quickly.
Special thanks goes to Karen Hilton on the Operations team, who helped support me with my sons autistic needs for a trip to Disney World Florida. I would also like to thank Jamie Sweeney for going above and beyond with various quotes, he was happy to tweak accordingly. I would definitely use this company again.

We’ve had a perfect experience with Ocean Florida from booking our Disney holiday, through to planning and then sending all information in timely manner. All agents were great to deal with and offered lots of support and knowledge. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great service, no question was ever too much. Able to contact the team and very fast response times. Booking the holiday was easy, Heidi did an amazing job at planning the perfect trip!

Great experience. Large group and second trip with ocean florida. No better place to book and will be using again.

We have booked the holiday of a lifetime to Florida, including both Disney and Universal, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited! This trip is incredibly special to us as we are using my grandad’s inheritance / my mum’s dads inheritance to make some unforgettable family memories with me and my mum, so having someone we can completely trust to organise everything has meant so much.

Lauren has genuinely gone above and beyond throughout the whole process. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has always been there to answer every question, no matter how big or small.

We recently had an issue with our flights home, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Lauren was absolutely amazing. She acted so quickly and managed to arrange two brand-new flights with a different airline, taking all the stress out of the situation for us. She kept us informed, answered all our questions and was there whenever we needed her.

It’s very rare to come across someone who puts so much care, effort and personal attention into what they do. Lauren has gone far beyond what we could have expected, and we honestly cannot thank her enough.

We feel completely looked after and can now look forward to our Florida adventure knowing everything is in safe hands. 🌴✨

Thank you so much, Lauren, for making the booking of such an important and emotional holiday so easy and stress-free. You really have been fantastic, and we would recommend you to anyone!

Fantastic service from the most knowledgeable team with significant US experience. Nothing is too much trouble to organise tailor made trips, taking the hassle out of holiday planning. Highly recommended!

As always, a fantastic experience with the Ocean Florida team. Our Accessibility Coordinator Lindsey was excellent and couldn’t recommend the team enough!
