Ocean Florida Arvostelua

Booked our holiday with Tom West who was so knowledgeable and totally understood what we wanted. He was amazing from start to finish advising us about everything we needed to know. He was brilliant. Also a big shout out to everyone I spoke to at Ocean Holidays who went that extra mile to make our holiday experience one of the best we have ever had
Thankyou all

Great experience all round, from booking our dream holiday to the very end. Staff extremely helpful , always going above and beyond. Easy to get in contact with, if I had any questions they were always answered. Would definitely use company again, nil issues.

I just wanted to leave a review to thank the Ocean Florida/Ocean Holidays team for all the help they’ve given me with this booking.

This holiday was originally booked before COVID and, for various reasons, it has gone through so many changes over the years. The team have always been patient, helpful and willing to keep looking at different options to make the holiday work for our family.

I’ve dealt with several people along the way, including Sam, Sinem William and most recently Kate & Jo, and they have all gone out of their way to help.

There have been lots of questions, changes and different accommodation options to work through, but I’ve never felt rushed or like I was being a nuisance.

I’ve travelled with Ocean Florida before, which is one of the reasons I booked with them again, and this experience has reminded me why.

Hopefully we’re finally getting close to the finished holiday now!

Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way it really is appreciated.

As always Ricky has been absolutely amazing and so helpful with booking this next trip ! Nothing is too much trouble.
This is the 3rd time this year I have booked with Ricky and if I have any issues when I’ve got back he has dealt with them no questions asked! Thank you Ricky you are really appreciated.

Tom West is very knowledgeable and really helpful, we had particular requirements he managed with ease.
It’s really overwhelming booking a massive holiday like this these days and Tom made it really easy.

We have just booked our holiday for 2028. The holiday agent we dealt with was called Tom West. I can honestly say he is a credit to his company. He is polite extremely helpful was happy to explain anything and everything to us. Made booking a pleasure. Well done Tom. 5 stars from us. Phil and Di Gloucester

I hadn't heard of Ocean Florida before and just happened to see it on my news feed. Although we weren't 100% set on booking our holiday for summer 2027 yet, we found the quote was exactly what we needed so ended up booking everything within a week of our initial enquiry! A big thanks to Tom who put everything together for us including some extras that we're very happy with. All of our questions were answered very quickly and now we're just looking forward to our holiday! Thanks Tom!

We had a lovely holiday, but unfortunately if anything goes wrong then don’t expect any support.

Our return transfer did not arrive at the agreed time despite the transfer provider contacting us approx 45 mins earlier to confirm the pick up time and location. We were already sat waiting with our cases as we had a flight to catch. The transfer company then messaged 3 minutes after the agreed time to say they would be with us in 35 minutes. This then made everything a rush to get through the airport and to make our flight. We appreciate this isn’t ocean Florida’s fault but it was all booked as part of the package and as such they are responsible for their suppliers.

Ocean Florida promised to refund this part of our trip on 24th August. I have chased this since, and on 21st September I was told this would be processed as soon as possible. It is now the 10th October, over 8 weeks since we got home. My emails asking about a refund are now seemingly ignored.

It’s not even about a £110 refund now, it’s about doing the right thing for customers and sticking to your word. I’ve tried so many ways to speak to the right people or to ask you to get someone to contact me as I shouldn’t have to chase or beg for a refund.

I’d love to go back to Florida. I would definitely think twice about using Ocean Florida.

My booking reference is OFH4098/OH1672412

Update:17/10 - still no contact from Ocean Florida nor a refund.

We have just booked a holiday for 2027. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with how helpful and knowledgeable Ricky is. He happily answered all our questions, gave great advice and recommendations. I called other travel agents at the beginning of my initial enquiries and instantly found Ricky most helpful and easy to talk to. I hope our holiday is a great experience too!

A massive thank you to Sinem Khadem!
I honestly cannot thank you enough for all your help with changing the dates of our holiday. Your customer service was absolutely excellent. The care, understanding and attention to detail you showed throughout the whole process made such a huge difference, especially after the experience I had previously.
Sinem, you were amazing! Your help and kindness have genuinely been appreciated more than you know. Thank you!!!

Booked two week holiday to Orlando Florida, was able to sort out all that I wanted for my package excellent staff. When my flight was cancelled they were able to adjust my arrival time with my hotel.

The sales rep effort at finding a good deal.

Glad to pass on our wonderful experience with Ocean Florida from the initial booking with the most helpful and attentive Andy. Flights as good as they should be (apart from the usual Edinburgh airport shambles) accommodation fabulous both car hire and villa just fell into place smoothly we even made full use of the extra benefits which were awarded us. Both my partner and myself both aged 67 going on 37 enjoyed Florida to the max and would without a second thought sign up with Ocean Florida again for the Sunshine state experience. Until the next time...

We had an excellent experience with Ocean Florida from start to finish. I had actually been considering booking with a travel company we had used previously and only came across Ocean Florida while looking at our options. I am so pleased that I did.

What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We never felt that any question was too small or silly, and whenever we needed advice or help, the team were approachable and ready to assist. It gave us a real sense that our holiday was being looked after and that we weren't just another booking.

The team's knowledge of Florida was also a huge plus. They understood the destination and were able to give useful information and advice, which gave us confidence when planning our trip.

We also really appreciated the additional extras included with our holiday. The data SIM was particularly useful while we were in Florida, and the complimentary magic show was a lovely bonus that added another experience to our holiday.

Even when we were actually in Florida and had questions or needed assistance, we felt that Ocean Florida were there to help, which is exactly what you want from a travel company when you are thousands of miles from home.

Overall, we felt very well looked after and had a fantastic holiday. I would happily use Ocean Florida again and would recommend them to anyone planning a Florida holiday.

I honestly wouldnt book an expensive holiday with anyone else! I know they always get it right and are trustworthy! I always deal with Ricky cooper who is amazing this holiday I had Ian May step in to cover Ricky’s annual leave and he was also amazing! He was fast at replying had no issues with me forever changing my dates and wants! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

This company could not be more helpful!! Amazing customer service from all particularly Sam and Ricky. They were immediately on a cancelled flight and helped with the claims

All the staff we speaked to where helpful and made booking a big holiday seamless

From our initial enquiry in January 2026 to coming back to the UK, the service was faultless, Andy was amazing from the initial enquiry, discussing what we needed and tips on how to reduce costs travelling with 2 under 5s.
Tui messed up our pre selected seats a few months before we were due to fly, but Kate at Ocean was on hand to resolve this for us
The villa was changed from the original booking (and from reading reviews about Aviana resort I was glad!) and we were moved to a stunningly beautiful villa at Championsgate. The Ocean team were totally amazing, sending a Whats App message when we arrived and were responding to a query within minutes. Absolutely amazing service yet again
The only one niggle was flying to Melbourne airport, whilst is a super quiet airport, the drive to the villa was well over 1 hour and 30 mins which was a lot for the kids to handle

First time visiting florida and ocean florida made the process seamless, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend

Tom was excellent and helped navigate all the options, we went back and forward with changes to hotels, dropping days, adding days and was very quick to come back with a solution.
