Your Florida Holiday Arvostelua

Ozzie helped us to book a dream holiday, that I didn’t really think i could afford. He gaves us a great price , 2 years in advance that was competitive with other companies. His friendly personality without being pushy and opportunity to put down a low deposit sold it to me. Looking forward to our holiday and will be sure to post an update of how well this company do with all rheir support.

Booked to go to Florida with Ozzie. He was very responsive. He came back with a quote very quickly and booking the holiday was very straightforward and efficient. We have booked with this company before and were very happy with the whole experience. It was also a good price compared to other companies.

Ozzie was so helpful and quick to sort us out with a deal from the get-go! Very very competitive prices too compared to quotes from elsewhere.

Ozzie also was very patient with my 100s of questions and happy to help at every stage.

Booked up now for Florida 2029 and can’t wait! Thanks again!

Currently in florida now booked via your florida holiday. They have been amazing from start to finish. Really appreciated all the little tips in the email just before we flew out regarding tolls, car hire etc.
Great price too - already looking at coming back and will 100% book through these guys again!!

Booking with Lilly was very straight forward and easy. She was really helpful. Hope the holiday is just the same 🤞

So easy to book, very very helpful, all your travel information and instructions are so easy to follow, will definitely book again

Ozzie and the team have been a pleasure to deal with right from the start. Offering various options on all aspects of the holiday and getting things just right for me and my family, they pull out all the stops making sure everything is exactly what we want.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday and wanted to share our experience.

Windsor Palms was outstanding. The villa was excellent — easy to find, very accessible, and exactly what we were looking for. The communal areas were also fantastic and really added to the overall experience.

The car hire and collection from Hertz were incredibly easy and smooth, with no issues at all. Our Virgin flight was also very smooth, making the whole journey stress-free from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Alex and the whole team for providing such a fantastic service. Everything was well organised, straightforward and exactly as promised.

We had a brilliant holiday and would have absolutely no hesitation in using the team again or recommending them to anyone looking to book a Florida holiday

I dealt with Lilly who couldn't do enough. Made useful suggestions and answered all my queries with good knowledge. Plus the holiday was a good price too.

Lilly has been so helpful with all our questions etc and responds so quickly, everything seems no trouble to her, we have just booked our holiday so can’t comment on it yet but I’m sure it will be great!

Ozzie Campbell, from start to finish back and forth with my endless questions and endless changes to the plan you still remained professional and polite throughout the process, so for that and finding me a good deal I thank you and look forward to my 60th birthday in Florida with my family

Steve was very helpful and gave good impartial advice. We have been to Florida before but Steve made the booking experience so much easier. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication and very prompt to send information and answer any queries. I had been trying to find a decent deal and they came up trumps. Ozzie dealt with everything and we are looking forward to our trip next July.

I have just booked 2028 with Lilly. She couldn't do enough. Great prices and she had a lot of knowledge.

Thanks Lilly

We couldn’t recommend Your Florida Holiday highly enough, and especially Ozzie!

We first booked our Florida holiday with them around 18 months in advance for our October 2024 trip, and from the very beginning, everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly. Ozzie dealt with the majority of our queries and was always so patient, knowledgeable and responsive.

Everything went perfectly with our 2024 holiday, so when we decided to start looking into another Florida trip for next October, we knew without a doubt that we would book with Your Florida Holiday again.

Ozzie has once again been absolutely brilliant. He has been incredibly patient with all our questions, changes of mind and requests as we’ve worked out exactly what we want from our next trip. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and he’s always quick to respond and happy to help.

We’ve booked our flights, theme park tickets, car hire and accommodation through them, making the whole process so much easier and completely stress-free.

It’s clear that Ozzie genuinely cares about helping you get the holiday you want, and his customer service has been fantastic throughout both of our bookings.

If you’re planning a Florida holiday, I would 100% recommend Your Florida Holiday. We wouldn’t book anywhere else! 🌴☀️🇺🇸🎢

Ozzie was really helpful throughout the whole process and came back with the best option for our trip/.

Steve was great while supportingbus book our holiday. Really patient! Attentive and put an amzing holiday together for me and my family.

Absolute brilliant company. Alex and lilly are amazing. They get you the best deal everytime. Highly recommend.

Everything was arranged in no time at all. Great package. Managed to deal with changes to flights without fuss. Accommodation was 1st rate.
Alex responded quickly to any queries.
Will definitely use again.

For what will be the most expensive holiday I have ever paid for (by some distance) I shopped online and on the high street for a 2027 Florida holiday that would meet both my needs and budget. I needed a travel agent that would find me a good deal, i.e. flights, Villa, car rental and park tickets but also go the extra mile in trying to find that little bit extra, that takes the time to answer all of my many questions and that gives me reassurance that everything will be taken care of to a high standard. Ozzie from Your Florida Holiday did all of that for me and for that and his patience I am extremely grateful. To date I've paid the deposit (thank you for your part Alex) and the holiday to Florida is Oct 2027, I know exactly what I'm paying for and what to expect going forward, thank you.
