Ocean Florida Arvostelua

We have been extremely impressed with Ocean Florida and, in particular, the effort and expertise that has gone into putting together our forthcoming USA road trip.

We wanted something quite specific and complicated – combining the historic Route 66 from Chicago with the incredible scenery of Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, before continuing on to Sedona and Phoenix, and then flying on to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans for the Deep South.

Rather than simply offering a standard package, Ocean Florida took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to continually refine the itinerary. They made sensible suggestions, adjusted the number of nights in different locations and helped create a trip that feels perfectly balanced for us.

What has particularly impressed us is the personal service by Anthony. Every question has been answered promptly, changes have been accommodated without any fuss, and the itinerary has been developed around our wishes rather than us having to fit into a pre-designed tour.

The result is a genuinely exciting, once-in-a-lifetime road trip that combines the history and character of Route 66 with some of America’s most spectacular scenery, followed by three fantastic Deep South destinations.

We are extremely grateful to the Ocean Florida team and in particular Anthony for the time, patience and knowledge they have put into creating this holiday for us. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Florida to anyone looking for a bespoke USA holiday rather than an off-the-shelf package.

We are now looking forward to September 2029 and hopefully the holiday of a lifetime!

Thank you, Ocean Florida!

Lindsey is very kind, helpful and understanding to our special assistance needs. Kept in contact and explained everything

I have booked with Jane from Ocean Florida for around 4 years now. She always pulls great deals from her hat and ensures every part of the holiday is spot on. Nothing is too much trouble. Need to change something? - no problem, need to rearrange? - no problem, need to add something? - no problem. Would recommend to everyone without issue.

Superb service from Karen in after sales care. All questions were answered easily, and lots of really useful advice was given. I’ve no doubt the phone call with Karen will really improve our holiday experience when we get there.

When enquiring about a quote for a family holiday to disney for my big birthday in 2028, Ricky made it so easy, and explained everything, and found us a really good deal, which we couldnt turn down, i have no faults with booking this and have paid our deposits for a family of 10, no questions were a problem and Ricky answered them with precision, i look forward to progressing with getting our park passes nearer our date of travel and i am trying to contain my excitement as we have still 19 months of planning, would totally recomend anyone to contact Ocean Florida especially Ricky as he was so good at explaing everything, Thank you

I booked through Ocean Florida having heard of them via podcast. I booked a holiday through them and the service I received throughout was great. Nothing but positive experiences each time I spoke to the, whether it be Sales or Customer Service, I was always able to speak to someone quickly and they were always polite, helpful and responsive and they also listened each time. They provided regular email updates and all tickets and documents were provided in good time and when stated. Great company, I felt like I got a personal touch and the holiday went very smoothly, I'd happily recommend to anyone

Booked with Ocean Florida for the second time now. We’ve been lucky enough to have Flint arrange both our holidays. He’s always given us 10/10 customer service and our trips have been a totally stress free experience! He’s been amazing!

The villa that Jane got for us. Fab holiday all in.

We've had a good relationship with Ocean Holidays ( Ocean Florida) ever since we booked our Florida holiday which was awhile ago ! We've just returned & had a great time. There was a couple of issues mainly the one about our car booking. We'd booked a gold package with multiple drivers as my husband, daughter & son in law were all going to share the driving but when we got to Avis we had to pay for my son in law as they said we didn't have the cover even though we said we did. Anyway because of this we weren't going to pay more for my daughter too. I emailed Ocean Holidays when I was there & dealt with Lili Leitch who was & has been since, extremely friendly, helpful & efficient. She's kept me in the loop the whole time & told me not to worry & to enjoy my holiday even though it was very frustrating. Anyway since we've been home it's all been sorted & we've had the refund. Just a shame, as it shouldn't have happened in the first place !
Lili Leitch has been so helpful & kind throughout. Her customer service has been extremely good. She's a credit to the company.
I would recommend Ocean Holidays,(Ocean Florida) to friends & family

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ocean Florida. From start to finish, the booking process was completely seamless, but the absolute highlight was working with Tom West.

Tom went above and beyond to help us put together what truly felt like the holiday of a lifetime. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and managed to package it all together at a genuinely reasonable price. I was amazed at the value we got for such an incredible itinerary.

If you're planning a trip to Florida, I cannot recommend Ocean Florida and Tom West enough. Top-notch service, great prices, and a truly memorable experience. We'll definitely be booking with them again!

The whole cimpany have been a pleasure to work with, every time ive needed something theyve been there and reaponsive. We got a call within an hour of requesting info Jay helped us and talked through a few options. Down the line have upgraded our booking as its our honeymoon and Jo has been really helpful sorting it out for us. Great experience

USA 2026

Booked with ease with Ajay, was quite a complex holiday with lots of different aspects but everything was sorted to be exactly as we wanted it.

Such a straightforward process and the staff were always on hand!

Tom was excellent in helping us book our holiday. The response time from my first enquiry and every other question I had was first class

We have been pricing up our once in a lifetime holiday with Ocean Florida for years, and Flint Phimister has always responded quickly to our queries. When we finally aligned finances and holiday leave, we knew we could book with confidence.
We were offered a range of options and flights and flew indirectly through cities of our choices, adding some extra experiences both sides of our holidays - extending our holiday by 5 days.
Our accommodation options were perfect - great locations and worked in our budget.
Flint secured our park passes during the Black Friday sale and we got a great deal - 25% off.
Our whole holiday was bespoke for our family and built with confidence with an actual person that shared a wealth of knowledge to help us to make the right choices.
Thank you Flint and Ocean Florida

Great value for money. Really helpful staff. Quick to respond to any queries. We had a great time.

We were nervous about booking with Ocean Florida as we hadn't heard of them before but this was a massive 18 day holiday with lots of cities, hotels and flight through USA that was too complex for us to book independently. Ocean Florida excelled in their service and delievery. Their response time is excellent and they are always available to help. When one mistake arose with our booking, they rectified it very quickly and made our holiday amazing stress free. Thank you, Ocean Florida. I shall be recommending your services.

The staff were all really helpful, I was booking a surprise for my husbands BIG Birthday and they made it so easy to book and recommend all our hotels for the trip! and when I wanted to upgrade they did everything they could to get the best price available.

Disappointing pre-travel experience with Ocean Florida

We have an upcoming family holiday booked through Ocean Florida and have become increasingly frustrated with the flight ticketing and communication process.

Our original booking confirmation states that our flight reference would be available no later than 12 weeks before departure and specifically says: “This is when you can pre-book services such as seats and meal requests.”

We are now within that 12-week period. However, eight members of our family group are unable to select their seats.

We were subsequently told that tickets could be issued from 7 weeks before departure. We then received another response stating that passenger details may not be finalised, or tickets issued, until approximately 6 weeks before departure.

This is particularly concerning when travelling as a large family group, as waiting another 5–6 weeks potentially reduces our chances of finding seats together.

We asked Ocean Florida to clarify why the original documentation says seats can be pre-booked at 12 weeks, whether the later ticketing restriction comes from British Airways, Ocean Florida or their flight supplier, and why the tickets cannot be issued now.

We formally raised this as a complaint on Monday and asked for a complaint reference and explanation. At the time of writing, we have not received an acknowledgement of the formal complaint.

I will update this review when Ocean Florida responds and, hopefully, resolves the issue.
