Happy with the overall experience
Happy with the overall experience. Good communication and everything on time. Your representative Hadi dropped off the car at our home and we found him to be a very pleasant and friendly young man. Knowledgeable and well presented. A credit to your business.
He explained the fact that they had to deep clean the car as it was returned to them in a poor state by previous user.
Just one comment from me that you may wish to take care of when you collect the car……You rightly have a no smoking policy in your vehicles but this one did have residue smoking odour from a previous user to myself who clearly disrespected that policy. Also car still needs some further cleaning ( white paint on front seat, again previous user)
Car is a 26 plate Mini 5 door silver.
Overall though no complaints.
Thanks

We're delighted to hear that you were happy with your overall experience and that everything was delivered on time. It's especially pleasing to hear your kind comments about Hadi. We’ll be sure to pass on your feedback to him, as we're sure he will appreciate being recognised for his friendly, professional approach and product knowledge. Your comments about him being a credit to the business mean a great deal.
We also appreciate you highlighting the issues you found with the vehicle. Whilst we're pleased Hadi explained the deep clean that was required following its previous return, we're sorry to hear there was still a lingering smoke odour and some paint residue remaining on the seat. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant team to help us improve our preparation processes.
Thank you again for your balanced and constructive feedback. We truly value your business and hope to welcome you back again in the future.
