Noticed Positive Improvement
We have been customers of Northgate Vehicle Hire for a very long time and, to be completely honest, there was a period where we were experiencing a number of issues and were becoming increasingly frustrated with the level of service.
However, over the last six months, we have seen a really positive change in our experience with Northgate. It is clear that changes have been implemented, and, importantly, it feels like customer feedback is now genuinely being listened to and acted upon.
The Basildon team in particular have made a noticeable improvement in both communication and overall customer service.
A special mention has to go to James Ennis, Christina Helwig and Caden Harrison, who have all been fantastic to deal with. They are friendly, communicative and proactive, and they genuinely seem to take ownership when an issue arises.
What we particularly appreciate is that they are honest and open about timeframes. Rather than making promises they can't keep, they provide realistic expectations and keep us updated, while always doing what they can to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
It is refreshing to see such a noticeable improvement, and credit where credit is due — the Basildon team are now providing a level of service that has definitely been noticed and appreciated by us as a long-standing customer.
Hopefully this continues, but based on the last six months, Northgate are certainly heading in the right direction.
