The professionalism is terrible…
The professionalism is terrible…
1, I was never advised that I would be credit checked, basic information every customer should be given
2, I advised the staff member I was returning my existing van Wednesday morning and he said he would be able to organise something for Friday latest if not Thursday.
3, I waited all day Wednesday for a call back and ultimately had to call him at 4pm, he said he would call me back in 10mins, he never called back.
4, Called first thing Thursday morning to be told he’s away ‘all day’ on a training course and couldn’t call me.
5, I spoke to another member of staff he was the first person to mention a ‘credit check’ and at least a 48hr window for it to clear.
6, I have now lost income for 2 days and likely the weekend also… £220 per day.
Run….

Northgate Glasgow team
The team at Northgate in Glasgow are great, always willing to help and make sure our vehicles are on the road in perfect condition. We only operate a small fleet at the moment, but that hasn't affected the level of service we get, fitting us in at the last minute and even helping us out with cross-hired vehicles. Having a direct point of contact with Lauren just makes the Customer Service experience even easier and better!

From fitting you in at short notice to helping with cross-hire vehicles, it’s great to know the team can be relied upon when you need them. Having Lauren as a direct point of contact clearly makes things that little bit easier too! 📞✨
Thank you for your continued support. We’ll make sure your brilliant comments are shared with Lauren and the Glasgow team!
