Since I started these surveys, I've noticed a massive 46Gb program has been installed on my laptop which is spying on my online activities. Also, if Nectar already have my details, why do I have to complete almost a complete survey before I'm told I'm not suitable. They just don't want to pay up. No more surveys.

As (almost) everyone says, a total waste of time !!

Usual scam. They promise you money and nectar points then once they get you data they tell you the survey is not suitable for you.

Pointless company. You waste ages filling in a profile which is clearly then disregarded. Customer service response to my query around their survey selection and the fact that I never ever qualify for them was inadequate.

Nectar Canvass is really disappointing. I only joined because of the implied association with the brand. It is however a poor quality survey farm. Rarely does a survey complete despite numerous valuable 'qualifying' questions. I have resigned.

Despite keeping your profile 100% up to date you will still get asked to answer a bunch of criteria questions before actually getting to any surveys; even if you have been sent an email directly linking to a matched survey the site will then still proceed to tell you you have to answer a bunch of repetitive non paying non survey questions before you can find a new survey.
It's completely ridiculous because you will have already detailed answers to these questions in your profile! It makes no sense & is just a complete waste of time..
Also filling out the profile (which takes quite a while) is completely pointless, for example in in the business/employment section I made clear that I had ZERO procurement/purchasing influence in my company & yet despite this I am constantly invited to surveys relating to purchasing decisions in my company.
Lastly I also find it suspicious that Nectar Canvass as displayed as RN Partner on here, no one knows what RN Partner is, this is just a way to hide their low scored reviews because it is not clear that Nectar Canvass is actually RN Partner...

You do not earn anything from this.
You get invited to take part in a survey, spend 5 minutes parting with information, then get told that you do not qualify.
Basically, they get a certain amount of information about you for no reward and dump a load of cookies on your device.

Hi. I have had a really bad experience. I participated in a study with mc+ through nectar canvass I downloaded the app for a month as instructed and allowed access to my phone. This slowed my phone down considerably. The invite stated I would receive £15. I uninstalled the app when instructed. I never received any payment. When I contacted nectar canvass they said it was a third party company at first but then credited my account with just 5 points! They have told me I should have screen shotted the invite so basically saying I shouldn't have trusted they would pay out as promised and have now asked me not to email them again. It really is a con and needs to be avoided.

Like others in here I have had a few problems recently with the customer service side of Nectar Canvas. While Nectar always has excellent customer service, they have no authority over "Canvas" so it is presumably a company who pay a fee to use the Nectar name.
Firstly, every time they send me a survey, I now have to answer 7 or 8 "non paying" questions that are often repetitive, then I either get told that no paying surveys are available, or I start one to get rejected further down the line. If you do complete a survey payment in Nectar points is usually quick, but if it doesn't appear, forget complaining unless you have saved screenshots of everything you did. Also remember that 60 Nectar points is only 30 pence.
Back in December I completed two surveys that were different. A daily online diary that promised 10 Dollars (weird so I kept screenshots), and long survey that promised 85 pence. I had to do a lot of arguing to get the ten dollars, getting paid just over 1500 Nectar Points. As for the 85 pence, I received some rather dismissive replies, complained to Nectar, and eventually got the reply that the Terms and Conditions state there is no monetary value to these surveys.
The way some of these survey companies treat their members is disgraceful.

Nectar canvas brings a bit extra pocket money each week. I make about an extra 2000 points amonth. If have to spend £2000 in shop to get that. No problem with then paying your rewards usually within 48hrs. Customer service is not the best they don't answer. So that's why they are getting 4 stars instead of 5 . Highly recommend this company.

140 nectar points in 3 days, that is good you can see every day that they accumulated and put the points in my nectar card after 24 hours

Complete waste of time. Spend an hour filling in your life history so you can be targeted by the best surveys. Then get emails telling you there are surveys for you. When you click on them, they ask you the same damn questions again in the hope of finding you a survey. A complete con, and i think Sainsbury should be ashamed of themselves for wasting their customer's time.

If I could give a company no stars than this would be the one, based on my own experiences you spend time and effort on a survey complete 98% of it and than you get thrown out of the survey and receive no points for your time and effort. Don't bother emailing them to complain, you either get accused of lying or they state it is just simply the way the survey has been set up. Finally woke up and smelt the coffee and unsubscribed from this bunch of crooks.

Payments for surveys done on Nectar Canvass are sometimes not paid.

Rarely are surveys provided.

Most surveys provided are not accessible.

The majority of surveys that can be accessed cannot be completed.

Lucky with this site to be able to complete a couple of surveys a week.

Have in the past week alone received invitations to surveys that were not possible to do as the surveys expired 1 and 2 weeks before the invitation was made.

This site appears to be managed by idiots.

But, I have the impression Nectar Canvass is inept, untrustworthy, and dishonest.

Recently, I was completing a survey that was meant to last 20/30 min for 80/100 points (online original page disappeared, of course). After about 40 minute, half way!! according to the top timer, the survey kicked me out saying that they had enough respondents. REALLY???

Bad practise allowing more than the required number of respondents to start a survey, I would say a dishonest practise. And an abuse of time, as there were many text boxes to express my views and surely they will keep my answers.
Even if they say they don't, any respectful survey company who says they discard your answers, will not; if that was the case, then they would avoid this type of occurrences in the first place!

After my complaint, where I also pointed out I wanted to unsubscribe, I received a Canvass patronising 'sorry' email about my desire to unsubscribe with no reference to the time this shameful survey company made me to waste.

If you are a panellists and care about your time, stay clear from Nectar Canvass.
If you are a company and care about your consumers please do not use them and their partner.

Nectar Canvass pays respondents close to nothing for your time (average 60 points £0.30); too often long screenings that seem more collecting info than anything else; too often misleading timing (surveys longer than stated); and it does not give a survey no. (almost impossible with c-s to refer to any survey, unless you copied or screen-printed details). The 2 pennies they state they give if you d-nt-qualify is more an insult that anything else.
To top it all, they dare to kick you out during the survey just because their quota is reached!!
Honest companies deliver surveys that tell you if 'you are in', or that 'too many respondents are in progress' and to return later.

Canvass just changed their survey-partner from SSI to ResearchNow -from the frying pan directly into the fire!-
