Don't understand the negative reviews, only been rejected once from a survey but have earnt loads of points!

Complete waste of time. I have many times clicked on to surveys within a matter of seconds of receiving the email link only to be told there has been an overwhelming response. I have contacted their customer service who are useless and just dodge the issue.

Just spent half an hour trying to complete surveys. They freeze or something goes wrong and I can't complete it to qualify for points. After I've given loads of info.

If I could give this a lower rating I would. Nectar surveys were never very rewarding - right from when they first started - but they have really gone downhill. The surveys continue in an endless loop and then in the end tells you that you are not suitable - after it's garnered a lot of information all for free.
Avoid like the plague if you value your time

Been doing nectar surveys for years been years since I got my Diamond badge, but haven't had any surveys since 6th October sent message to ask if there have stopped surveys to be told to check spam box if not set up new email address. Done this sent new email adress and still no surveys. After all theses years I'm very disappointed with Nectar

If I could give a score of zero I would. Just spent ten minutes doing pre-survey questions followed by 2 minutes on one survey before it ended early and 7 minutes on another survey which I made it over halfway through before the survey ended early. So that's 17 minutes for 4 Nectar points worth 2p. Disgusting that Sainsbury's would be affiliated with this scam

Unreliable often get through 95 % if a survey and then you are screened out. I have complained on many occasions and to be fair i have iften been credited but a pain having to keep following up.

I cannot think of a more pointless waste of time than to do these surveys. I have never once been accepted for one despite spending cumulative hours filling out surveys - I'm always told I'm not eligible. Also, the amount of times it crashes in the middle of a survey is unacceptable. Dreadful.

I Have made alot points with necter.
I highly recommend them.
Great customer service and have always been very quick to reply to emails when ever there has been a tenical issue with a servey..

Agree with previous reviews in spending much time completing surveys only to be told ‘not eligible’. Anyone reviewing these posts.

Started using them in September last year. It was ok for a few months and I used to fill in their surveys regularly despite a good chunk of them kicking you out for no reason after you have filled in almost all of the questions. However, I haven't received anything since the start of the year. When I queried why i wasn't receiving anything, I was told that the account had been suspended indefinitely as it had been flagged as 'suspicious' and that I would no longer receive any rewards from them. Which is strange as I haven't done anything which would be considered suspicious (create more than one account, fill in wrong info, etc). This was also the first time that I found out that I was banned.
Overall, it was ok as it payed in the Nectar points immediately and I did get a decent amount of points but you can get better rewards elsewhere. Just enjoy the account before you too get banned!

Cheat American company and very bad customer service
After 7 min 41 seconds you have been told your geographic area is not suitable
It is discrimination and wasted time and American cheat

Fill most of it in then find not eligible to continue and bombarded with surveys

I have just spent 25 minutes answering questions, mainly about the John Lewis Partnership. Then I was asked if I had completed any other surveys about non-food items in the last month. I answered yes and was then told I was not eligible to take part in the survey. A reputable company would have asked this question first, not at the end when they had already got all the information they needed.

It’s a shame that Sainsbury’s associates itself with Nectar Canvass. Dishonest surveys: make you answer lots of questions then says you do not qualify. Stealing your data. No Nectar points are awarded.

I don’t know why you aren’t allowed to give a review lower than 1 on here... if I could I would. I no longer trust the nectar brand because of this blatant misleading of its customers. You answer all of the questions just to be told you don’t meet the demographic requirements.... they are basically stealing data.

Literally ridiculous, you fill the majority of the survey out, then it says you either don't meet the criteria or you device doesn't support the survey. Waste of time and no points given. I thought better of Sainsbury's too be honest.

This is nothing but a waste of time to phish out personal information. I wonder if it is actually genuine. There are 2 points added (well not yet) for the so called surveys I have completed and 0 of the larger points awards.
