Wast of your time people with EE who’s has tec and high end phone with them should get a rewards every so often and not the rubbish there trying to give you like most companies they for get with out there customers there nothing no jobs no company no profits and we all no there making big money of us

I use it for nectar points, you have to be a bit patient as not all surveys work, or as others say you spend 15 minutes on a survey and then get the message saying you aren’t the correct fit and so ends abruptly. Pays out within a couple of days.

I have been a member of e-rewards for over 10 years, completing surveys on a regular basis. Suddenly about 3 weeks ago, I stopped getting emails inviting me to do surveys, and when I logged in at various times of day and night, it kept saying “no surveys available”.
I emailed customer service, who told me the Accounts department had decided to permanently suspend my account. When I asked why, I was told they couldn’t tell me, as “it may compromise our internal security system process”!
When I read the terms and conditions, it says they can decide to permanently suspend your account without giving any reason! Absolute con, I’ve now lost nectar points, as it won’t let me redeem them anymore, fuming!

It’s a great way to reduce the cost at a very good hotel at Heathrow Airport and also save on the cost of the Meals whilst staying there

Nice way to earn rewards...takes a while to build up a reasonable balance. I do odd one between chores !

I do agree with other reviewers that you can almost complete a survey and then get kicked out as being unsuitable...that is very frustrating and time wasting.

I love doing the surveys and collecting the points to turn into Avios Points to pay for my British Airways flights to Denmark.

Good way of getting reward points which I use on Sainsbury's vouchers which helps a lot in this cost of living crisis. Unfortunately, many times you do not get rewards as surveys are closed halfway while you are completing and sometimes, which is getting often, even after completing a full survey, a message is shown that you are not a good match. Quite deceitful.

These surveys at times stops when you've nearly completed it but if you contact them you get the points added back on, which is a good thing. It's a good way to apply for an Amazon voucher and/or put the points accrued on your BA account.

Did long survey to be told at 99% completion I was incompatible! This is a joke!

Surveys daily to gain points to use for lifestyle brands /or airmiles.

Just redeemed my 1st nectar points by completing some interesting surveys . There’s always a survey to complete almost everyday and I look forward to when I receive my nectar points to use it for our everyday living costs . My only negative is that the web portal is not so good- I’ve lost many rewards after spending hours on some surveys . They need to create an app with good API ‘s . Now waiting for my nectar points 😊

While I enjoy completing the surveys, I am disappointed that it takes so long for rewards to be converted to, in my case, Avios. Surely, in this day of instant money transfers and payments, 30 days to credit the funds would be unacceptable so why does it take e-Rewards a month to complete the credit?

Have just claimed my 1,000 points reward and, unlike other Survey companies, it goes through almost straight away! Excellent.

Good experience of surveys and better than most of providing quick qualifications for a reward.

Perhaps needs to be open to more rewards than just offering nectar points

I enjoy doing these surveys, although recently they do seem to take longer.

Whilst some surveys seem to falter, the vast majority are interesting and easy to complete. e-Rewards do reward you for completing their surveys, and my experience of completing the surveys and claiming my reward is positive. I am also finding the surveys are providing me with knowledge and information that I did not have previously. Overall positive experience from my perspective.

Most of the time, the promised rewards are given but increasingly, you will spend several minutes completing a survey, having answered many questions, only to get the message "sorry this one filled fast" or they screen you out right at the last minute. If the promised points were ALWAYS given then I would give 5 stars but sadly, they cannot always be trusted. I am sure that the technology exists to close a survey when it is full to avoid disappointment......

SOMETIMES THE TIME FACTOR IS NOT CORRECT ON THE SURVEYS AND IT IS LONGER THAN STATED BY A LOT

Rewards are great (in my case I save up for BA Avios). But the technology is clunky and unreliable. I guess I’m getting something for “free” (sort of) so I grin and bear it.

The website is generally better for accessing surveys, because if something goes wrong you can sometimes use your browser buttons to recover and continue. But the list of surveys on the website doesn’t update properly, and also I often get screened out before I have even started.

The list of surveys on the IOS app is a bit more reliable, but you have no control at all if something goes wrong- frustrating if you have wasted a lot of time on a survey.

Customer service don’t seem very interested in helping when something like that happens.

Went through a survey today only to be told it wasn't for me but they are usually good. The points soon build up and you can earn points every day.
