Wasted time doing several surveys to be told I don't qualify at the end. No Nectar points earned. Total waste of time.

Absolutely outrageous. I spent half an hour completing a long and complex survey on a topic which I have a great deal of personal experience of. At the end when I submitted it I was told there had been a technical problem and to try again later. Basically they'd stolen my time, my data, and then told me to get lost. I complained to Nectar, but they told me they'd checked and I hadn't qualified. So Nectar, and by association Sainsburys, are happy for their customers to be scammed on a regular basis by their totally unethical partners. I deleted my account. You get precious little for your time there as it is, but theft is totally unacceptable.

Waste of time. You won't earn the 60 points. You've spend hours answering questions only to be told you don't meet the demographic.

This is a phenomenal waste of time, you’d have to be an unemployed idiot with 25 hours a day to waste to get a nectar point!! Takes you down a mind numbing lane to eventually tell you that you are unsuitable for the survey after literally already taking the survey, im not sure if it’s Nectar who run this con but the question is …… is this legal??

Rubbish, just Rubbish. Takes a lot ilof time going through boring questions for 15 minutes to be told you are unsuitable and you have "been awarded 2 points". You only get through a survey with am actual reward of between 20-60 points in about 1 in 4 attempts.
I thought yougov were bad and quit, but they are 10x better than nectar.

I've been a member of Nectar Canvass for years. Their surveys are usually long and boring. My 16 year old son took part in a survey about entertainment which took him over an hour, there were so many questions. Only to be screened out at the end and told didn't qualify.
Really don't recommend this survey panel, there are many better ones.

Fed up of almost completing surveys annd then getting sent back to the page your not the right fit or we have reached the required amount for this survey and then having to contact them to try and get the points they have it down up as no other company does surveys for nectar points found one now where I can get money off at Iceland

What has been happening a lot to me lately is that I spend 10 or more minutes completing a survey, only to then get booted out and told that I wasn't the right match and subsequently only rewarded 2 points. I spent around 20 minutes doing a tedious survey just today, and that happened. Seems that they want to gather lots of information about you without rewarding you.

You spend time filling complete surveys and providing your personal details just to be told you don't qualify and get 2 points for 10-15 minutes of your life.
I have so far filled 6 surveys with quite detailed information about me (bank, household income, number of children etc) costing me about an hour and my and every single one was rewarded 2 points.

I can see why others have given this site bad reviews.
I have reached Gold Badge and hey ho no surveys.
When u get 1 and click on it. Sorry no surveys available.
Another con also no reply if u send a complain
All the information we give to these con artist of Companies and abuse the public persona.

This thing is a waste of time!!!!!!
Get to 98 percent of survey and then say you aren't suitable so they don't pay even though you have pretty much completed the survey. Very dodgy!!!! Did this three times so enjoy but get stuffed for any more of my time

I have been doing Nectar surveys for 2-3 years. I have always thought them to be very mean with points, but it was my choice to carry on. The length of the surveys are also very suspect in their estimation they always take at least 15 minutes longer. The biggest con is when you have plugged away at a survey for 20 minutes or so and they throw you out saying you'r not suitable. This is getting more frequent, so i have now unsubscribed.

Just unsubscribed from surveys after lack of them hoping after I’d spoke to an agent (Yes a real human being!) I was told that I’d be able carry on were I left off…..NO I have to wait until I see the surveys are active again don’t know when that will be

Total rip off. Half the time you get to the end of the survey and then are screened out - you can have worked for a penny. Other surveys at best pay £1.20 per hour. The data these companies get must be worse than useless as I am sure people just power through ticking anything at this pay rate. It is actually quite obscene a respected company like sainsburys act like this. I am suprised the Mail or some other outlet hasn't exposed it.

Waste of time, with very limited return and because you endlessly get rejected as not suitable, but only after you have given numerous responses, I can't help thinking this nectar canvass is a complete rip-off, getting substantial data for little or no return - 2 nectar points - really!

I notice, during the unsubscribe process, you are asked to give a reason and they even have an option for exactly the above reason - no wonder.

Like others i have spent endless time filling in surveys to be told I'm not eligible. Some of them asking the same thing over and over again. 3 days wasted. I am no longer going to do any

Don't waste your time and effort with this, You will be offered survey After survey to complete and as the majority of reviews have already stated when you have completed most of the survey you will be screened out as not suitable, Survey time is a con also it will say 60 points - time to complete 15 minutes, After about 30 to 45 minutes you might complete the survey, Or a lot of the time it will just cut you off, They send surveys that are relevant to you after you complete your profile which is mostly your own personal information but then when you start completing the survey it says it is not relevant to you, This company is a joke, Also I have noticed that after filling in certain surveys I am bombarded with adverts and emails from company's about things I have mentioned in the survey, Data protection I don't think so, There is an old saying in life( That nothing is free in life) IE you do not get these points for nothing. Think before you complete these surveys.

I have been doing nectar canvass surveys since January....ok, some surveys you are not eligible for....ie.. they want male/female opinions or within a certain age group....on the whole I am very impressed....I've probably earned in excess of £80 worth of nectar points and even if you don't qualify for a survey you get 2 points. People say that it's not worth it but believe me...they certainly add up....I either spend in Sainsburys or convert to ebay vouchers which is great. I noticed early on when you fill out your profile questions at the start.....if you fill out the surveys Willy nilly and are not consistent with your profile...it will stop you from receiving surveys and will end surveys early....so as long as your representations are consistent you should do ok....Plus....the more surveys you complete....the more you get offered....companies and organisations value a true reflection of opinion

Has anyone noticed nectar surveys points have stopped being added to nectar card since 21st March?
