There was a problem with my order and…
There was a problem with my order and it was reported damaged before it was even delivered - so much so that it wasn't delivered at all. I contacted Customer Services once I found out and they sent out a replacement order straightway and were very apologetic for something that was beyond their control. Thank you, Neal's Yard.

I specifically requested next day…
I specifically requested next day delivery because I wanted the items for a specific date. The dpd delivery driver didn't deliver the items. So I filled in the 'safe place to leave' then the dad driver didn't deliver them again, the next day. only delivering the parcel three days later. Not impressed.

Frankincense Hand Serum
I have used the Frankincense hand serum for years and have been shopping with Neals Yard since they opened their first shop in Covent Garden. I would've preferred my parcel to be delivered by Parcel Force as I believe it to be more ethical, but I have chosen to use the subscription service. I would like to see a choice of delivery partner so I could select my preference.

I am still waiting for my delivery. Evri have delayed delivery and have given no update on when the products will be delivered. I like your products but unless delivery carrier is different I will not order again.

Thank you for my delivery. I strongly suggest you change your carrier. Evri took over 2 weeks to deliver my package. Not satisfactory at all! As for the products, I haven't had a chance to use them yet as I've been away and they arrived during this time. I would love to order from you again but am reluctant as your carrier is not fit for purpose.....

We visited the store in Westfield, Shepherds Bush.
The gentleman there welcomed us with such a smile.
One could see he took pride in his job, and he believed in the products he was selling.
My friends were very impressed too.
He mentioned that he was normally at the store in Smith field, my friend said that she would visit that store just to be served by him.
My other friend was visiting from US, so was conscious about her weight allowance. He did answer her query about obtaining a particular product on the states.
When I am ready to replenish my facial wash, and body balm, I aim to hope to find his store.
He is Maltese.
I do love Neil's yard products.
