I purchased from the Glasgow shop for the first time and was really impressed with the shop staff, they were very helpful without being at all pushy with sales. The shop is beautiful and they also do treatments and herbal products not available online. You can also have some products refilled in store and save on purchasing a brand new bottle.

The pillow spray smells stale not like the same one I bought back in February and the body balm has a horrible smell

It was easy to find and order the things I wanted and having the option of a Gift Message made all the difference. I also had a query which I needed to pass by Customer Service and their reply was reassuring and friendly and made me feel they were really listening and cared - so I felt this was a company I could trust. I just love Neal's Yard products and wanted to gift them to friends.

They dispatched the two products promptly and they were delivered very promptly by Royal Mail (reliable carriers - most important). The face cream (Rejuvenating Frankincense Nourishing Cream) seems pleasant with no smell and is absorbed into the skin quickly, but the Wild Rose Hand Cream in a tube was overscented and can only used occasionally - but still worth it.

The products are great, but to be honest, I wouldn't have put the order in had I known in advance that the courier would be Evri (who I take pains to avoid). Predictably, they did mis-deliver the parcel: it went to another building, which has a similar number and a similar (but not identical) postcode, and I had to walk down the street trying to track it down You used to use Royal Mail Tracked, which worked much better for me. (I have complained to Evri about what happened
