There was a problem with my order and…
There was a problem with my order and it was reported damaged before it was even delivered - so much so that it wasn't delivered at all. I contacted Customer Services once I found out and they sent out a replacement order straightway and were very apologetic for something that was beyond their control. Thank you, Neal's Yard.

I specifically requested next day…
I specifically requested next day delivery because I wanted the items for a specific date. The dpd delivery driver didn't deliver the items. So I filled in the 'safe place to leave' then the dad driver didn't deliver them again, the next day. only delivering the parcel three days later. Not impressed.

Frankincense Hand Serum
I have used the Frankincense hand serum for years and have been shopping with Neals Yard since they opened their first shop in Covent Garden. I would've preferred my parcel to be delivered by Parcel Force as I believe it to be more ethical, but I have chosen to use the subscription service. Thank you for my delivery. I strongly suggest you change your carrier. Evri took over 2 weeks to deliver my package. Not satisfactory at all! As for the products, I haven't had a chance to use them yet as I've been away and they arrived during this time.
