Customer service
We visited the store in Westfield, Shepherds Bush.
The gentleman there welcomed us with such a smile.
One could see he took pride in his job, and he believed in the products he was selling.
My friends were very impressed too.
He mentioned that he was normally at the store in Smith field, my friend said that she would visit that store just to be served by him.
My other friend was visiting from US, so was conscious about her weight allowance. He did answer her query about obtaining a particular product on the states.
When I am ready to replenish my facial wash, and body balm, I aim to hope to find his store.
He is Maltese.
I do love Neil's yard products.

It arrived by the date promised
It arrived by the date promised. The only problem is that the pump action fitting does not work. I have contacted Neal’sYard and have used a fitting from another NYproduct for the moment.

The product has not been delivered
The product has not been delivered. Your Evri Driver decided to take a photo of my secure inside front door take a photo of it and go. Why not text or call or leave it in the passageway where my neighbours packages were? And why then leave it to try again a full week later? Late birthday gift and unnecessary.
