I am inundated with sales emails from this business trying to sell us there services. Despite numerous requests to remove our details from their database they continue to hound me.
Very unprofessional and having read other reviews on Trustpilot not to be trusted.

Absolute jobs worth company with zero compassion and only focused on taking money from the public during the cost of living crisis. £170 fine for parking in my own space when the permit had fallen off the windscreen.

How does these country let companies like these operate? Honestly it's a joke I parked on a public road no signs or anything, they want a 100 pounds. The UK is a really horrible place to live now walk out your house and get 100 ticket for parking legally. Nice 1

Complete sham of an organisation. Did not attempt to provide any written notice of a £60 parking fine, which we were totally unaware of until the bailiffs letters arrived 4 months later by which point no appeal could be made and the fine had become £170 and threats of court. Interesting that bailiffs could find the address immediately but NPC couldn’t. Absolutely disgusted and caused even more stress and mental health problems for my grieving partner

Try to read the notice board of parking and I recieved the Parking ticket when appeal no reply and after 4 months sent balliff letter and threading us

A scam company and the "The Independent Appeals Service" aka TheIAS.org is also a scam funded by these companies, they will deliberately take their time responding in favour of the parking company in order that the company can escalate your fine.

My advice is ignore them (no engagement at all) and they move on (did for my wife anyways), but I engaged to refute the claim as I had a valid ticket but had entered my old car reg (changes 3 days prior). All refused, no refund of my ticket. Court here we come then

Clowns🤡 A rather portly scruffy looking chap waddled over to my vehicle to take a picture and told me you've 'bin ticketed'
The irony was his vehicle was parked illegally too! When I pointed this out he said it doesn't count with his vehicle
The fact that these companies can operate says a lot about life in this country as a whole

Poor management. Went for an interview for a job. I was told someone will give me update on the next day but I haven’t got any update.Called and emailed them twice but they never answered. At least they should have responded even if I wasn’t selected. Very unprofessional.

Attempted to charge us £100 for not parking “wholly within a marked bay”… in a car park with no clearly marked bays. Disputed it with them and they rejected the dispute. So I took it to the independent adjudicator (free service) and after a bit of back and fourth, the adjudicator sided with us in that there weren’t marked bays. They’re just trying to bully people into paying fines. Fight it if you’re in the same situation as us.

This company is terrible I parked in the right parking space outside jumpware house Diss and have all evidence showing I have done everything right ! I have received a letter saying I have to pay £100 fine !!!
There are no numbers to phone or take this up with anyone .
I’m a single mother that saved to take my boys on a day out and then get hit with a penalty!!!!

Daylight robbing. I was for fine for parking in family bay because my kids didnt came out of the vehicle.

I am a resident and got penalty for parking in different bay, we have 75 flats, parking spaces over a 100, I parked on nr 93 as my space was occupied. This is the worst parking company as not looking after their residents but just wanna make money on their residents. Will seek legal advice anyway as this is absolutely unacceptable my permit was clearly displayed, just parked on different bay.

St. Thomas Hospital, the pick-up and drop-off point, only gives you 20 minutes to find a wheelchair and wait for the lift. Go to the ward and collect a sick, disabled person and go and show your blue badge. It takes a little longer, so when you get a ticket and appeal explaining this you expect a reply, but all you get is a bailiff letter charging you £170. It seems that to be disabled and vulnerable, you get penalised by this company should be ashamed of themselves, but they do not care when they can get rich from the disabled vulnerable

Worst ever, the worst company I have ever seen. Not humane, and the response from the staff is "copy and paste", no one actually reads through the emails and replies

Poor customer experience.
I joined a prestigious gym and the customer experience has been marred by the NPC service.
First was sending me parking tickets without checking if I am a registered member and my car is registered. The gym had to intervene to get the ticket cancelled.
Now its an allegation that I parked out of a parking bay which is not even properly marked and the mitigating factor was that the car next to me was out of the parking bay and I had no choice but to leave a safe distance between my car and the next vehicle. Now I have to go through an appeal process because they will not look at the facts.
I hope David LLoyds is reading this and will use it as an assessment of the poor member experience caused by NPC.

This company is immoral . I and many other mums have been parking on a street for over 4 years everyday to pick up our children from a school. Without warning they suddenly issue everyone with a parking ticket. Apparently they allow parking for so long and then issue out tickets. It’s a disgusting way to extort money from mums/familys who may well not be able to afford it.
On appeal they say there is a sign ( in some bushes) that states non parking. I and everyone else was completely unaware it was a no parking zone.
If non parking is the case then how/why have so many of us been allowed to be parking there for over 4 years .
It’s absolutely disgusting and controlling behaviour !!!!

Rip off, I have just been forced to pay a £60 fine under duress for a parking charge I received at a car park at Alexandra House Manchester M160PG
I rented out apartment 509 with an attached allocated parking space P53, on the
04-05/02/2024.
The owner applied for the permit by email to cover parking for the stay and it was accepted and responded to by a NPC email of which we have records.
Yet still even after my appeal was refuted I was told I needed to pay the fine.
I am now escalating the matter.
Regards
