Immoral company. Charged my for parking in a spot that I own. My permit slipped out of full visibility. They wouldn't accept any appeal or listen to reason. Can't wait to become freeholder and kick them off the property

Got a £100 ticket for parking in the allotted spaces at Machine Mart Twickenham.The new sign which I didn’t notice states “ Private land .Valid permit required.
But where do you buy this permit ,it does not exist .I suspect the staff at Machine Mart took the photo of my car from inside the shop and forwarded it into this company.I’ve shopped there for over twenty years.This will be my last visit .
Also they post the letter late with a bogus date on it so you only have two days to pay it

broke down on the roadside of the houses and went to call recovery, goon jumped and did a picture of the car, (observation time 1min) , sent them an email with evidences that I broke down and been waiting for recovery. Appeal been declined. LEGAL ROBBERY IN THE DAY LIGHT!!!

I got a parking fine from being at a Pilates class where the software wasn’t working. Loads who attended the class have all received these fines. I have appealed and it has been unsuccessful. I have paid because I didn’t want the fine to go up. But I shouldn’t have had to pay this fine as it was not my fault the software on the iPad wasn’t working. I’ve emailed since I’ve paid and I was told I cannot get a refund. The business owner can vouch for being at the class that day and I had put my number plate into the software where I am allowed to park there for free. I feel that this is unfair treatment and I’m feeling victimised as been an easy target as they haven’t even bothered to investigate the situation they’ve point blank refused to refund me. I feel this is disgusting behaviour from a company of this size!! PLEASE at least review the situation as not the only one and I feel this is my only platform to be heard

I received a parking charge from National Parking Control while helping a friend deliver food to a hotel guest at the Old Golf House Hotel. I was in the car the entire time, engine running, for only 20 minutes, waiting while my friend tried to find the guest. It was dark, no clear signage, and you have to pass through this private land to reach the hotel entrance.

This feels like a money-grabbing trap targeting innocent people doing their jobs. Instead of basic decency or understanding, they chose legal threats. I believe this is unfair, unethical, and a misuse of legal resources. I’ll be reporting this to relevant authorities like the British Parking Association.

Avoid places managed by NPC – absolutely disgraceful.

Visited a relative. I pared at designed visitors parking Bay. I received penalty. I appealed it and sent the visitors parking badge. Unfortunately got rejected. If it was below 1 star ⭐️ I would give below 1 star.

I foolishly employed this company to patrole our private road, due to people who don't live here, using our spaces and causing potential accidents with schoolkids. We asked all the specific questions, and simple instruction of when to patrole. In six months of being hear, not ONCE have they come here at those times. Numerous emails and saying it will happen, it still hasn't. We've now fired this good for nothing company, and guess what they still haven't taken down the signs, I'd guess 6 months before this happens too. Honestly they make UKPC look good, and they were dire. Please do not be fooled into their answering with what you want to hear, as this never happens, and when you email with a complaint which I've sent to various forms of contact with them, they NEVER reply. If there was a ZERO star this would be it. If people read this, and by miracle they reply to it with a positive message, DONT BELIEVE IT.

I received a Parking Charge from NPC for parking in my allocated parking space at my home address. The permit fell from my dash so therefore was not visible to the parking attendant. After appealing and providing evidence that I have a valid permit and I am authorised to park here at my home address, they advised my appeal was unsuccessful as a breach of the T&C's has occurred.

In short I am being penalised for parking in my allocated space at my home address, even when supported evidence has been provided.

Disgusting behaviour. I expect these charges are for unauthorised parking. If I can provide proof I have a permit and I live there, I shouldn't have to pay a fine!
Have my £60 if it makes you feel bigger and better.

This is an absolute scam! I paid for my ticket at Myrtle parade and stull got a ticket. I took a photo of their out of order machine and went and found a new one, I was then late to leave by 5 minutes after i bought a ticket as my girlfriend was sick and needed to use the restroom, they didn't care and declined the claim. Awful company, hope they get shut down foot good.

This cowboy company is starting to enforce parking permits on my street, I have 4 cars registered to my address, but they’re only issuing 1 permit per household! This is a scam!!!

Zero stars for these lot.

4 tickets in one place in 3 days!! Two were on the same day!! Delayed correspondence, probably on purpose & they insist I pay them all.....
Oh and guess where!! In the private david Lloyd gym car park I pay £245 a month for the pleasure of never having anywhere to park!!

Maybe the David Lloyd need a trust pilot review too!!

This company operate on the basis of legalised racketeering. The first notification I received was from the bailiffs. Therefore I have not been provided with any right of appeal. I find it absolutely incredible that the letters from the bailiffs arrive with no problem but the all important initial correspondence from this company apparently goes astray. Any attempt to reason with them is completely fruitless and so I will have no option but to go attend court and argue my case there. Incidentally my questions to them to provide me with details of the stats on number of appeals have been met with refusal on data protection terms. This is completely incorrect as data protection is about personal information and I have not requested any personal information, just statistical info.

Went to pick up amazon parcel at Shell petrol station 211 Shinfield Road Reading during Christmas time, my wife was driving the car, all the parking bays were full, my wife stopped on the driveway for me to pickup the the parcel, we spend literally a minute at the location and left.
Two weeks later we received a parking ticket!!!
The evidence stated that I had parked on the roadway in an area where there is no parking on the roadway at any time, I appealed on the grounds that I stopped to pick up an Amazon parcel and left, my appeal was rejected, hence I visited the site to further investigate.
I trusted their pictures in good faith BIG MISTAKE. Their pictures do not show the absence of any road markings and the invisibility of the signage from inside the car at the location. If you make the mistake to stop for a millisecond get out of the car to read the sign the person waiting with a camera in ambush will take a photo and send you in the post a ticket!!!
As the location has clear road markings in other places, I believe this is an intentional business practice to issue parking tickets to visitors unfairly, Have contacted citizens advice borough they will be referring them to the Trading Standards Office.
They are telling me to ignore the fact that there are no road markings (double yellow line) and to read the sign that is invisible from inside the car that no parking is allowed on the roadway by not stopping and not getting out of the car hence putting my life at risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zero stars - this is a total scam. And I was also scammed when trying to download the RingGo parking app by a fake company who took £1 (a phishing site) and then apparently I signed up for a membership from platbudget.com who then took £37 from my account which was not authorised.

Then I received a fine from these people because that was 10 minutes before I found the pay and display machine on Myrtle Street. I paid for extra parking to allow for this and I still have been sent a fine. Despite leaving the car park 40 minutes before my ticket expired.

So they told me to appeal to the IAS which again is a complete joke. after a month of nothing and logging in multiple times to see my appeal was 'pending' they then closed it and said it expired. Because I didn't submit my evidence - there was nowhere to submit evidence.

What a total bunch of crooks. AVOID and don't bother appealing.

Tescos on Myrtle Parade IS A SCAM - be warned this car park is operated by an unethical company who's main objective it profit. I received a letter/fine for staying in this car park for 11 minutes. I'm currently appealing as the car park is not lit up correctly for the signage to be visible at night. Also the payment box to the side has a black plastic bag on stating payment system out of use.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
Thank you for uploading photographic evidence to support your stance on the payment of this car park. I wish to point out certain factors to support my case. The evidence that you have shown is photographic daytime signage. For the benefits of doubt I have enclosed photographic evidence in the evening/night time. My documentation clearly shows a lack of duty of care in the management of the car park. The signage is very poor and three of the lights in the car park are not working where these signs are attached. Being an elderly gentleman and an experienced motor user I can confirm I found the car park Very difficult to navigate around. I also wished to point out that there is a machine with a black plastic bag on it stating apologies Car Park payment system out of use.

I also wish to state that there is no contingencies in place for somebody who does not have a smart phone. I myself have an old Nokia telephone I went to the machine to pay, only to see the machine ( out of use ) I have also had help and assistance from my younger daughter to present this case as I do not have a computer and smart device.
I wish to succeed on merit for the details mentioned within my appeal. If my appeal is not upheld, then I would like to take this to an independent tribunal, Adjudicator.

Beware! Chinese scammers!

I have been stung twice by this unethical and immoral company, both times at the small Tescos on Myrtle Parade. The first time I had just driven 8 hours to Liverpool from the north of Scotland to collect my daughter from the hospital as she had been hit by a car the night before. It was pouring with rain and dark and I didn't see the pay signs. I was tired and stressed, however I paid the £60 fine on this occasion.
The second time I knew I had to pay so I paid on Ringo - £1.40 for a 30 minute stay even though I was only there for 13 minutes. The next thing I got a final reminder letter through the post asking for £100. I appealed with proof of Ringo payment and I have had my appeal rejected "as I didn't pay for the duration of the stay" - crazy! I don't understand this at all but reading the other reviews, nothing surprises me with this company. TERRIBLE.

Stay away from parking outside the shops at Myrtle Parade, Liverpool. I have been done twice recently in quick succession because the signage was not clear/illuminated at night. Even the images they sent as evidence show how dark that carpark is and no way you would see the signs regarding parking. It is only after receiving £120 in fines that I know about this. What a way to damage local business!

Im a taxi driver i was dropping off the customer and had to wait couple of minutes for them to take all the luggage and they have given me a pcn!
This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting what are you doing! There is no visible sign and when I appealed you just attached your virtual signs what are not even on site!
