The card machine would not accept any of my payment cards. When I called your helpline, I was told that the amount payable was over £50. Really?!
Also, you should prominently display a customer service number on your machines to help with cases like this. It took quite a while to get the issue resolved over the phone.

Great customer support
Accidentally drove through the gatwick drop off point but managed to get the drop off charge waived thanks to the help of Eric on the support line. Parked in the mid stay at gatwick with no issues at all.
