I was parked outside the little Tesco in Liverpool for 13 minutes and have been fined. Had the signs been a bit clearer I would obviously have paid to avoid getting robbed as I have been now. It seems there is noting you can do in this country without having to pay for it or be fined by companies such as this.

These thieves don’t give a s*** about anything but taking people’s money.

Went to Myrtle Parade and got done for 16mins while I went into KFC. I'd been twice before and no issues but now its chargeable? It was 9:30pm and couldn't even see signage. You couldn't even see my reg is was that dark on the image they sent. Shocking to pay to park around here. Criminals

I pulled up outside Tesco where there were no marked bays and no signage at the entries to say there were payable bays! Having checked out the reviews, seems to me we need to report this company to Trading Standards pronto!

Had there been clear signage and properly marked bay, I would have paid of course but there is a tiny machine on pedestrian section where it’s blatantly obscured. Shameful and taking this further! Love the request below to let them know… they have no interest whatsoever. Just collecting revenue with no customer relations as you can read at other reviewers experiences

A company that clearly prioritises money over morals. I broke down on my way to work and couldn’t move my car, yet I still received a fine in the post from National Parking Control. The photos they provided even showed my hazard lights on, which made it obvious my car was immobile. I appealed the fine, only to receive a generic, robotic response with no consideration of the situation. You should be ashamed to work for a company that operates this way.

Absolute scumbags who have a special place in hell reserved for them! Fined for shopping in Lidl in a commercial vehicle, it's a mini camper you blind, ignorant morons and clearly not commercial! Merry Christmas!

Disgusted! I paid the resident who advertised on Booking.com his “ luxury “ (NOT ) room (BOX) with parking available!paid him £10 then charged by these scumbags!! Can’t get hold of them? They say e mail to a www address which we can’t!! Just astounding they get away with this & course I need to find out about the owner of Rooms 7 mins from Etihad 6 Stuart St Manchester ! Absolutely stung so distressing!

Using camera! For £60 for 11 minutes SCUM

Parking at residential area monitored by NPC. Signs states e-permits or permits needs to be present to park even for residents. Nevertheless, e-permits not issued and takes ages to get piece of paper. Was advised that don't be afraid to park without permit, as car whitelisted on system. Later on 4 PCN every 2 days issued. Appeal or request for reduction rejected. Letter stated 14 days to pay for reduced price, but full price applicable immediately - you don't like it ? Go through customer service and ask again to adjust to own statements.

Owned by a bunch of vile heartless cowards.

Poor customer service. If you call they hang up on you cause they can't be bothered to assist you. If you email, the 'team leader' doesn't even try to provide any assistance. What's the use of a customer service team if they don't provide any service.

A big part of what’s wrong with the UK today.
I parked outside a small Tesco in Liverpool, ran in for a drink, came back out and was blocked in by a Tesco delivery van. I’d used that Tesco lots of times before and never had an issue, had no idea it was a pay and display. So I was blocked in for a few minutes, in total I was there 13 mins. Then I left.
I recieved a fine for not paying to park. 13 minutes. I was fined £60 but if I don’t pay within a certain time it’s £100. I appealed and highlighted that a wagon was behind me, and was sent what looked like an automated email reply saying it’s been rejected.

So yeah £60 to run into a Tesco and grab a drink.

I absolutely hate companies like this

Absolutely ruthless bunch of cowboys. My sons moped broke down when on his way back from work one evening. I was at work, so asked him to push it somewhere safe. He put it in an NPC carpark and walked home. Not only did they ticket him on the evening of the "offence" but ticketed him again the following morning before we collected it.
I lodged an appeal and within 30 min of it being submitted, an email was returned explaining that they'd carefully considered the appeal and had been rejected based on the fact that no parking permit was displayed.

Low life companies like this should have their directors jailed.

1 stat is too good for this company. They should be banned straightaway. I'm an amazon delivery driver and they gave me 3 parking tickets for the same location where i was working.
But the worst part is they wont even listen to what i was written in appeal process.
Even if you'll write fck npc, they'll still reject ur appeal and will say that u dont have parking permit.
Practically, they dont even give u the right to appeal which is necessary for every citizen.

1 star is too good for this company shocking disgusting people, they broke data protection and issued a £100 PCN when I had no choice to stop my car on the way to a garage on an industrial estate. Car was having issue and engine was cutting out a single track lane where heavy goods vehicles quite often bolt up & down it, maybe i should have left the car in the middle of the road and let it cause a crash!
Car was there for 3 minutes and 20 seconds while I asked the garage for help to get it inside and was fraudulent issued a £100 PCN I wrote an appeal explaining i was there due to circumstances out of my control they took less than 24 hours to reply saying basic i don't have a good enough reason to stop!!!
I think a car not running is a good enough reason!!!
You didn't have a good reason to breech data protection but it didnt stop you and nor will you won't take responsibility for it even thou I have proof!! Disgusting scam artists how these people sleep at night i will never know!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is disgraceful in its behaviour and an embarrassment to common decency. 2 fines were issued in very quick succession for a permit that had fallen from a windscreen and the ‘customer service’ dept have failed to answer calls and emails to discuss this matter with any compassion, alternatively they have passed the half of the debt to a debt collection agency. No customer service whatsoever. Poor show NPC.

Scammers. They will find any way they can to fine you. I bought 2 parking tickets in an empty car park but got fined for a wheel touching the parking bay line.

Terrible experience. They really do want money and don’t even read the messages with explanations. My letting agency gave me an invalid resident permit and I wasn’t aware about it. I have received 10 penalty charges so far about which I didn’t know because it was sent to my old address. I parked my car in assigned bay with the permit on the screen. All appeals obviously unsuccessful. Not sure what I can do to get it resolved.

Any excuse to make money from residents, it's almost like they are looking for an excuse to give you a ticket. Really unfair!! I think everyone needs to involve their local MP at this point and sue this company

Horrible company. They have about as much compassion as a German In Aushwitz.
